I'm afraid most American boys won't like the price.
It comes shipped directly from MΓΈn, DenmarkπŸ‡©πŸ‡°, in a Carat DS1 instead of cellophane (a touch I like a lot). It's a self-funded small 200 units print run so, the production costs are accordingly.

Thanks so much for posting, Harvonsgard!

I've now made a homepage from which I will be selling the deck. The address is https://moonplayingcards.dk/
Since it's summer and I'll be busy with summer-things I will not be able to perform quick shipping untill mid-August, so I've decided to push activating buy-buttons untill then. There is more info on the website.
I don't think the decks will sell out super-fast, so no need to worry about that. After all there are 200 decks and the price is rather high (even though shipping is included).

For everybody who would like some additional info, here is a link to the drafts board: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=17530
Since then a lot of things have changed β€” still most of it is recognizable.

Best regards to you all from Leo

I went ahead and got 2 decks. The price is not cheap but with shipping included to the US, it softens the blow. Plus, I really like the looks of these.

Ordered. I really like this. Is the complete print run 200? Does Cartamundi really do such low numbers?

Pretty sure 200 has been their minimum for a couple years now: https://customplayingcards.cartamundi.com/home

Received mine the other day, basically a week to get here so spectacular service. Was also nice that they were packaged in a DS1, I really hope more people do this, it's a very nice touch to help keep the decks protected.

Thanks a lot, HSBC, for posting those great pictures!
And thanks in general to you people posting nice comments. It feels so good!
I'm shipping the decks myself, so of course I'm very concerned that everything is done right, and you get to feel how happy I am that you trust me (or at least the cards) with your money and interest.
All the best from Moon β€” and Leo

I received this deck today, as an unexpected gift with the 52+ club deck Leo kindly offered to sell as I missed out on the official sale.
And it's even marked as a prototype, which makes me feel humbled and grateful for this incredible gesture and I was sincerely more excited about the Old School deck than the 52+ club one.

I will not post pictures, because hsbc has been killing it with his, but would just like to add my impressions.
Although the tuck might seem plain at first glance, when you focus your view there are a lot of details in the front and it reminds me of the Butterfly deck by Ondrej.
Back design is simple or rather old school :ugdance: but again, it's highly detailed and is very interesting to look at with the dove. Love the two-way "Moon" in the middle.
And the design of the face and pip cards is just amazing as you can see in the above pictures.

Fully custom beautiful cards, nice tuck case, great Cartamundi handling and registration :D , low print run (200) for those that care for such things, Carat DS1 case plus shipping, that sounds like a good deal to me.

On top you're supporting a real gentleman and you can expect great customer service.

Sincere thanks for the deck Leo, it really made my day.

I put it in my cart and was wondering if I should buy Groovy overnight and then MOON65 was sold out. What a mistake.

I received what I ordered. The one that was included as a message card seems to be a different back from MOON65blue or red. Is it another card made for advertising? I hope Leo will sell a deck with this back for me who missed out.
