I've been a patron from the very beginning and I haven't received anything lol, not even tracking info.MSimonart wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2023 12:52 pm Hi guys,
I haven't received any redemption decks yet, even though I was first and second year patreon. I'm no patreon anymore this year.
Did anyone who isn't a patreon this year receive their redemption decks?
Tried contacting Lotrek but haven't got a response yet.

Re: OATH'S PATREON -details
The Patreon rep that has been helping me with the overcharge issue emailed me yesterday to let me know that her last day with Patreon would be today. I’m a little worried that I won’t get anywhere with the person that will be taking her place.

Re: OATH'S PATREON -details
Thanks everyone, that clears it up.
It's really annoying not getting your decks the year you're a patreon. I don't mind waiting, but if you're not a patreon anymore there's no way of staying up to date with the progress.
I mean, I can read the posts here, but it's not the same

Do you have links to where he said those two things? Only thing I can think of is that's referring to different decks. I just don't remember the context

The first quote is for the public Burgundy and Navy versions. The second quote is for the silver Redemption version.double_left wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 1:24 pm I mean i'm really trying to understand this
01-28-23
"OATH STANDARD PLAYERS is ready. And when I say ready, I mean ready. Cello wrapping and all."
Then we get:
02-05-23
"We got the finished tuck boxes on Friday and they are not good. Printing has serious imperfections and we rejected almost all! It was the only time I didn't supervise the production and this happened... Look at the broken lines on the front of the tuck box:"
Those two statements contradict each other no? How can boxes be "ready" but then printing of them were bad..

Re: OATH'S PATREON -details
EDIT: This was in a response to a post that was removed.
Please do not post pictures from Patreon in public. I'm wondering what you're confused by after the clarification that your two quotes are regarding different decks entirely. The silver cards were ready and so were the tucks. When the tucks arrived, they had serious imperfections so now there is a delay in packaging Redemption 2.
Some items, Lotrek ships himself along with his partner. Packaging thousands of decks is not an easy feat. He's been churning out more lately than he has in the last two years, so I would cut him some slack. Being on top of his updates may not be his strong suit, but I don't question his integrity.

Looks like Oath Burgundy and Navy are already showing up at people's doors in the EU. I just saw them on eBay and the tucks look phenomenal.
Woundedcorner is handling shipping in the US, which may have started today as some are getting emails. I have not received an email just yet.

I got a shipping notification from Wounded Corner this morning. I wish that the Silver Players Oath Redemption Stories II deck also came along with it.

Is this an actual shipping service? Or just a nickname for a company that doesn't package decks well?Bikefanatic wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 3:08 pm I got a shipping notification from Wounded Corner this morning.

They also have their “dinged and damaged” discount section - I imagine the name came from an early focus there

Nice joker design. I like it a lot. Now I have to wait for my redemption stories II deck to hold them in hand.

Re: OATH'S PATREON -details
Mine arrived yesterday. I really like these. I don't have the original, so was glad to see a players edition. A nice unexpected touch is a red/blue double backer in addition to the blank card. I feel like they handle reasonably well out of the box, if a bit thick/stiff (compared to thin-crushed stocks - which I have been fiddling with more lately. This probably makes this stand out more to me) Love the tuck and everything about the cards visually.

Re: OATH'S PATREON -details
As an outside observer with nothing on the line, if it were anyone other than Lotrek with these delays, everyone would be raging, and it would be justified. I get that many are confident that he'll eventually deliver a great product. And I'm sure that will be true for those that love his decks. But the delays have grown weeeeell beyond the level of absurd. If Gio hadn't delivered a main Patreon reward in 2 plus years, I'd be demanding my money back. Same for Jocu with Inner circle.

A reasonable approach. Most of Lotrék's fans are beyond reasonable though, haha.Adamthinks wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 5:32 pm As an outside observer with nothing on the line, if it were anyone other than Lotrek with these delays, everyone would be raging, and it would be justified.
