One other issue I had was while trying to open one of my standard decks, the cards were so stuffed into the tuck that I had to rip the top flap to be able to open it. So, now my tuck is messed up. Not a huge deal for me, but not something that I recall on any other Kings Wild decks.
When this happens I use a butter knife to open the top flap - works quite well! Just put it underneath the top flap from one of the sides and twist/lift

Thank you! I've nearly destroyed the tucks of some of the decks that has the same problem trying to get the stupid flap open.
I personally use a letter opener for the same purpose! I like certain tuck designs where they're less likely to catch on the sides. I wish I could do a better job describing what I mean.
The Chinese Legal Tender was probably his most underrated deck in JR's fast growing portfolio and, IMHO, the best in the currency series so far.
When I compare it to the real Yuan notes I have in hand, he nailed it 100%. Glad it finally got the holo treatment like the rest of his currency series.
Any club members purchasing legacy cases for their gilded decks? I like them but can't pull the trigger at $40. If it was about $15 - $20, I probably would.

Is this a new limited edition Legal Tender Chinese Holo deck?
I wanted to get my hands on a basic deck for a while now but they were sold out. Was the original a holo deck?
Yes, the April 2023 No. 13 Club Deck is Legal Tender Chinese Holo There are standard, limited (mine, posted above), and gilded editions I believe
The original was a Kickstarter campaign several years ago, and although it was supposed to feature a few holographic foil elements, JR was unable to accomplish what he wanted to with the vendors he was working with at the time and those elements had to be abandoned. This lead to a bit of grumbling among some of the backers (including here at UC), and when the handling of the cards was less than awesome and there were some other issues that don't bear going into at this point, there was some understandable unhappiness on both sides for a little while.
Fortunately, everyone eventually made nice and there is once again peace in the valley... and look at how far we've all come since then! There's no doubt that JR's design skills as well as his working with his vendors to elicit the results he desires have both taken huuuge leaps forward, and look at the results. This looks miles ahead of what he'd originally planned, and I can't wait for my own set to arrive in my mailbox because oh my, these look sweet.

Anyone remembers how kings wild always bashes uspc for poor registration?

Eh, you must be new around here Everybody, including their dog, rips USPCC for their registration. Did you send us an email to get a replacement? Here is the email support@kingswildproject.com. We can send you out a new deck before USPCC buys new card-cutting machines.

Even USPCC rips USPCC for their registration. If I remember correctly, I think they posted something somewhere that acknowledged their margin of error and basically, it was a low tolerance for misaligned printing.
Hey, y'all. I haven't received my decks for this month, and I'm assuming it's because I subscribed for a gilded as well as the non-gilded editions. Is there any word on how long that delay is likely to go? Just curious. Looking forward to getting the Chinese Legal Tender decks in my hands!
Edit: I don't want to bug the support team if this information is already out in the wild.

There hasn't been any updates about it on discord , the Wednesday weekly updates, or Instagram. I've seen others also saying they haven't received their gilded decks though, so you're not alone.

Gilded decks are now shipping / have shipped
Indeed, I can confirm I received a tracking number alert from my USPS notificationator that a shipping label has been created for me from Cleveland, TN.
