Most of you have received the Genesys decks and some of you realized that Holo version is like a brick when you first open the deck due to the Holo ink.
First, TCC and Feel The Universe want to say that this is unacceptable, and you don’t deserve this.
This was the most ambitious project and we wanted to work with the best quality, factories, materials… After a couple quality issues from the factory in China, everything looked great from them. We decided to keep going and ship the decks, we trusted the factory. They didn’t told us that holo version had this issue. They did knew it. Imagine how disappointed I was when a couple of backers told me this issue. And yes, you got the decks before us due the covid delays and issues with the shippings. We explained and exposed the issue to the factory. They don’t want to be on charge of this. They just don’t want to help to solve this situation. We’ll share this situation soon to make sure other companies don’t have this problem.
IMPORTANT: TCC and I are going to reprint the Holo edition in a different factory. And we’ll send them to the backers that got them. We will cover all the expenses. Please, give us some time to solve this unacceptable situation, and…I hope you keep trusting in us after more than 10 Odyssey Editions and 6 years in this community. Sergio Roca.
