EPCC printed some more to sell on their own, I've got only 432 that were sold out long time ago.

It's very unusual to wait 4 years with >1000 decks in stock

Evil Deck is much different than any other deck I've ever produced - design every single card is very complicated, and I think the real value of that deck is there. Of course I am aware it doesn't have the details nor the "experience" I've put in my more recent decks. However, it will always have a special place in my heart, because without Evil Deck, I won't probably have made all the others

@chicken_ql - If I remember well, EPCC printed 2000, and 432 of those were mine. So they have more than I had. But I am not aware how many they have left.

@Timmargh - The main thing that is stopping me to print Good Deck is that I won't be probably able to make it with the same technology of Evil (was printed 4 yrs ago, too many things changed meanwhile).
One of my temptations is print another version of Evil AND the Good, maybe with USPCC, but I am still not sure to do that. Actually many people asked, so it might worth the trouble

The Evil Deck is probably my 3rd favorite Gio deck.

I think it's an okay deck... And when compared to Gio's other work like Sins, Dedalo or Omnia: The Golden Age, it's about worthy enough to carry the groceries and wash the toilets of those decks Should not be even mentioned in the same sentence.

Hey, I love it. A deck doesn't have to be bling to be great.

Only 2 better are Pantheon and Eva IMO.

I liked the Evil Deck quite a lot when it hit the market - fun and whimsical. Now I kinda grew out of it and I doubt the art style - if not altered to an extent - will make me open my wallet for this set aka here's to hoping to a redesign and not just a reprint.
I'm very happy to see the Good deck come to life though regardless if I'm in or not.

This was an interesting find. Was browsing through his site for some info on other decks when I saw this.

He's releasing an Evil v2 deck to go with his Good deck. (having problems uploading some of the pics, but you can go the site yourself to see the pics. (Good and evil deck v2 are the same pics and details)

Price: $25 per deck. As it's already up on his site, it's going to be sooner than later. Any patreons can help give us the expected launch date?

V2 updates:

The most important changes are the tuck boxes designs and colors.The new versions will be violet (Evil) and blue (Good). I’ve removed a lot of text from the tuckboxes and added some hidden faces

Both of these will have matching (and revised) card backs.

The other most important change is that I’ve swapped the original CYMK colors I used with PMS solid colors. This seems a subtle change, but it’s a big deal, since the new colors will be more vivid and they should improve the final result a lot.

Despite having the Evil Deck for ages, it took me until now to realise the back of the Evil Deck feature a monster face, lol.

Since I'm no fan of the original handlingwise, I did plan to pick up a pair but the price is pushing me on the fence.

I believe the price is high due to the costs of separating good and evil. True lab grade good/evil isolation is not cheap and normally only available to politicians.

Launch price will be way lower, both for Patrons (that will have of course the best deal possible) but also for general public.

I'm not generally a fan of having multiples of the same deck ( I already have 2 of each in different tucks) even with a tuck swap and these are definitely not my favorite of the decks Gio has done so I'm probably not even going to open these. I'm sure others will be happy with these though and overall I still find his patreon a good value.

I feel the same about multiples, and I didn't open the previous limited versions. But I am altogether satisfied with the Patreon rewards. I only upgraded to a Sword tier last year in anticipation of Hybris.

I didn't get those. None the less, the appeal is understandable for some. I'm pretty sure I've had enough but maybe he'll tease something amazing for the new year. It would have to blow my socks off though.
