[BUY] Anubis / Osiris v1 (Signature set)

Hello!

Looking for an Anubis / Osiris signature set! Very new to the hobby and after extensive research on decks, I've determined that these are awesome =)

Please message me if you have one for sale or know of anyone that does! I'm in talks with the guy on ebay but looking for other options out there.

There are actually about 6 or 8 on ebay, your best bet is to write each one a message and see who will sell lowest outside of ebay so they save 15% in fees and you pay a better price. The trick is to write down your email then take a photo of it and attach that to the messages. I was able to get a bunch of decks that way

A touch risky, as either party risks the wrath of eBay for using their contact system to arrange that. Certainly no policy against contacting them all and seeing who will give best price though

I guess I should've put that I'm looking for the v1 set with the wood cases. There is one guy on ebay that I've been in talks with but was hoping there would be more out there that may be more flexible on pricing.

There are only 100 of the V1 signature sets, and this was a very popular project from six years ago, so the large majority of those sets have likely found permanent homes by now. I'm actually a bit surprised that there is even one set still available on eBay.

Much like the one listed on eBay now, there will, eventually, be another - collectors run into financial needs or leave the hobby for another from time to time and only patience will grant you the chance at a good price

Of course patience is not always rewarded, so when I see a rare deck at a high price I usually consider how long since I’ve seen one, how long it might be when one appears, and what price the market may bear at that time - paying an extra few bucks to get something that will likely be much more expensive next time you get a chance at it is perfectly valid

As for the eBay auction pair that is up now, price is way too high for me - I figure chance of finding one cheaper in the next year or two is good - it will be a long time before those decks easily convert to those dollars IMO. I would say at half that price they would be snapped up and at 3/4 they would also likely be gone by now

I also would not rely upon eBay’s daily search result emails to get you one - you will likely need to check eBay several times a day until one pops up, and grab it. Things like that at good prices don’t wait overnight.

Well…I’m leaving the hobby and not selling my Minty Collection lol

But of course- you never know

Just looked up the v1 Sigs on EBay. Oh Lordy they’ve definitely appreciated in price

But yeah…these sigs also come from a time before the KS market fir cards went nuts and Minty was one of the earlier ones to incorporate the foils/gilding etc
