Also in case anyone was wondering, the current line-up for the 2022 No. 13 Club decks is Romeo + Juliet, Iliad/Odyssey, Count of Monte Cristo, Midsummer's Night Dream, Sterling (British Legal Tender), and Jungle Book.
I think I know what it is, it's a great tuck.. just doesn't say "Romeo and Juliet" to me. Had more of a medieval knight feel for me.
Oh and that hyphen Jackson, all about the hyphen. Maybe you can make a Hyphen deck to go along with the Ampersand deck? Maybe it's an Ed Sheeran "collab" in the making?

I would have to first know who Ed Sheeran is I think...

Well just in case you aren't joking; musician who has sold 150 Million records who has released albums called +, x, ÷ and =.
Anyway, I guess if you have to explain the joke, it isn't that funny.

I heard somewhere that explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog; you learn something but the frog dies.
My limited edition Romeo and Juliet deck came in today - the art is top-tier Jackson, A+++, I had no idea the pips in this deck were replaced with Italian-style pips
I agree. Jackson did a great job on this deck. My only criticism is that the back didn't wow me much. The courts and pips were great. I am not sure the Limited deck though impressed me much for much higher cost compared with the standard edition. The limited decks now go up to 800 decks. It has come a long way since 2018. I guess that is a good thing. In any event, I will continue to back them as I really like to see Jackson continue to experiment in deck designs. Great tuck also.

With the new setup of six decks a year, are gilded subscribers still waiting an extra month or will all No. 13 tiers ship at the same time now that there is lower volume?

I think the plan was to not wait for the gilded decks, but I think this will continue this year also.
Because I am a subscriber for all 3 decks and I received a tracking mail, but it only contains 2 decks, the gilded is missing.

He actually made them that way only for the limited and gilded editions. In the standard edition, they are standard-style pips. It's the same with the courts. They are one-way courts in the limited/gilded decks and two-way in the standard decks.
I've spent way more than I care to admit on playing cards, but I'll still buy just about anything that Lorenzo, Jackson, or Gio make.

Those boxes look lovely! Where are these posted so I can pay better attention in the future? Thanks for sharing, as ever
Liking the artstyle as well. I loved this two-way court style on General Admission but here, it doesn't really make sense to me, other then (than?) pleasing two way court fans.

I can see your point about the two-way full-bodies. I think it works well for this particular card because there isn't too much detail in the lower half of the body, so it doesn't become too overcomplicated. I guess we'll see what the others look like.

I actually am not a fan of this particular card. I don't like the full length figure and how the feet are next to the head. Usually, I am blown away by JR's artwork but this one is just meh to me.
See I'm kind of the opposite. This design speaks to me more than most of his others and the full length and feet next to the head don't bother me at all.

I'm on the side that says it works for this card, but I don't know that it will for every card. Hopefully the Kings and Jacks will be visually distinguishable.
