I definitely must be in that group. I haven't even received a shipping email. However, GW always sends me my notification late to never. It is all good. It will show up eventually..or not.

Thank you all! hsbc and Brad - same here i.e. not received any type of notification emails. As Omar noted, probably on the last batch that still has to go out of GW.

Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
In a previous post you said you had Lotrek send all decks to Deallez and had Deallez send the North American decks to GW. So how is it Lotrek’s fault that the Wylenti were left behind?TheGentlemanWake wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 12:33 pm Hi all. So I just got off the phone with Gamblers…. Seems our mutual Greek friend made a small mix up in the Wylenti deck shipment. The counts were inverted. So 400+ decks were sent to Germany rather than Texas. It’s being worked out asap. But it’s delaying the final batch of orders going out of Texas. Hence why many folks have tracking info that hasn’t updated. Sorry about this. Trust me no one is more frustrated than me.

They were shipped separately. And Deallez was going off manifests provided and the boxes were improperly marked. No biggie, like I said. We are making it work. A sizeable amount of Dynastinaes have now travelled across the atlantic and now back to germany as well.wrb24745 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:02 pmIn a previous post you said you had Lotrek send all decks to Deallez and had Deallez send the North American decks to GW. I did not open up the gold Treasure deck yet. The Wylenti deck looks very good, looks more than its original price. It would be more lovely if the ocean and dusk decks had some type of foil on the card backs.
The brick box is very nice, I like brick boxes more that are sideways 12 in a row than the ones that are 3 rows of 4.

Has anyone in Canada gotten their decks yet? Tracking info from Gambler's Warehouse just says "in transit" and there hasn't been a tracking info update since Jan 18th. I'm wondering if this is normal, or has my package been lost or something?

Seems like my package likely hasn't been shipped or packed yet. Apparently GW prints the label in their system long before they actually get around to packing/shipping.

How is yours being shipped? I am in western Canada. My package is coming by Fedex and has shown updates since the 27th (which is when I assume the extra Wylenti decks made it from Germany). The package is in Canada now, possibly here tomorrow but could be Tuesday.

Still nothing after 5 weeks since the label was created and aaid ready to ship. Now even the tracking doesn't work anymore. Probably it expired. I really thought they would receive the missing decks in Germany by now...

In south east US and I haven't received a tracking number either. How can folks find out the label being created? My backerkit has some "tracking" number. It leads to a site that I can search the number with DHL, USPS, etc. I click on all options but no details show up. Not sure what is going on.

Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
What kind of tracking number? Is it like 12 digits (FedEx) or like 20 or something starting with a 9? That's USPS. You can just copy the number and search it on Google and it will say Track and it will show you. Sometimes the status says label is created and awaiting package. Or if you know what number it is you can just track it on USPS or FedEx.comGandalfTheWhite wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 7:08 pm In south east US and I haven't received a tracking number either. If the tracking number starts with "GAMWARTX", then I think that's the internal tracking id that Gambler's Warehouse uses, its likely that your package hasn't been handed off to USPS/DHL yet.GandalfTheWhite wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 7:08 pm In south east US and I haven't received a tracking number either. I don't think mine's shipped out yet, at least I don't see any indication that it has. In the past, all my packages from GW in the past have just used USPS, I am also in Western Canada.Curt wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 6:44 pm How is yours being shipped? I am in western Canada. I'm sure they'll get here eventually. I checked the comment section on kickstarter, and it seems that there recently was a delay issue at GW affecting some of the packages. From some of TGW's replies, it looks like they have it mostly sort out, and fulfillment should start up again soon (I hope )PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 7:14 pm Is anyone actually beginning to doubt whether or not they will receive their pledge rewards?

Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
Just reflecting a bit... I can't tell you how upsetting it is to have one of my projects thought of this way. This is the ABSOLUTE LAST sentiment I would want anyone to have about my campaign. I've really struggled with this because I want a long standing relationship with the community--I'm not a one-and-done flash in the pan. To be fair Im not blaming supporters/backers for feeling the way they feel. The delays have been many and repeated. I think Lotrek, who is used to small runs of decks in the low hundreds, might've been a bit overwhelmed with the demands and complexity of this campaign. Charmers took a year to fulfill and it was a far less complex project. I think the world shipping delays affected everyone in the post-covid landscape. The delays had massive financial repercussions. On top of that we've just been a bit unlucky.
The only thing I can say--again--is that I've learned some invaluable--if painful--lessons. That will make me a better producer and business man moving forward.

Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
Oh dude please no worries on my end. I have none whatsoever. Honestly, I was asking the question to check whether that was the case or not and had some reassuring comments ready if so. I think we're all aware of the numerous delays, not to mention the pandemic environment in which this project was carried out. I don't think it's too far a stretch to say that I speak for the vast majority of us here in writing that this changes nothing with regards to our perception of the TGW brand. You're good.TheGentlemanWake wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 8:09 pmThere SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ZERO DOUBT. On my backerkit it says DHL Global Mail and a 30 digit numbers (I'm in the US so not sure why it says DHL Global). The hyper link leads to "aftership" dot com with 4 possible options. couple of them is USPS and FedEx.bdawg923 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 7:23 pm

Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
I appreciate that! I really do. I have read some folks voicing the opposite sentiment. Granted not a ton, but enough people saying they won't back another project of mine. It's devastating to read that. I've poured blood, sweat and tears into this. I have not slept well in 4 months because of the terrible stress of this fulfillment. I HATE that these delays happen and more over how helpless I've felt throughout the process.PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 9:26 pmOh dude please no worries on my end. I have none whatsoever. Re: TGW Presents "The Tale of the Tempest" designed by Lotrek LIVE on KS
Personally, I don't put full blame on you or Lotrek (It is what is expected with his experimentation) in regards to how this campaign has turned out. To be 100% honest, there have been times in the past year where I have sent either yourself or Lotrek a message that has not garnered a response, and yes, it as been frustrating, but in the end I trust both of you to fulfill your end of the bargain that not only meets but exceeds my expectations. This campaign is close to nearing it's end and I can't wait to have the results in hand. These past couple years have been a bit ridiculous from a shipping perspective (to say the least) but it appears to have been a good learning experience for all involved and I will continue to support TGW and Lotrek in the future.TheGentlemanWake wrote: ↑Sun Jan 30, 2022 9:19 pm Just reflecting a bit... THanks for your thoughts. I am taking your constructive criticism and have already tried implementing a new procedure to make sure I reply to all the messages I'm sent.
