The good news: I received my parcel today
The bad news: I was missing my two Dynastinae decks

More concerning that the packing list isn't correct for what I ordered... I ordered a total of 20 decks but the packing list only says 18. Really note sure what happened here, especially as the dynastinae decks are the most expensive. Email has been sent to Deallez.

I'm also sligthly disappointed with the Spade "card guard". It's a bit lighter in both weight and colour than I was expecting and I was hoping the reverse would have more of a finish on it. I would rather have had a more traditional two-side coin with this design on it to be honest. Much happier with the quality of the Great Wylenti but which it was just a bit larger (40mm is perfect size) and heavier.

EDIT
UPDATE: Heard back from Dealez and they said it wasn't actually missing from my order but intended since they didn't have enough stock! Why wouldn't you send an email and/or put something in the parcel to indicate the missing deck instead of waiting for your customer to email you? This could easily have been prevented.

Also just noticed that the Treasured Edition isn't actually signed by Lotrek as was promised. Was there another announcement where this changed?

Where does it say the decks would be signed?
I've had a quick look over the campaign page but don't see this anywhere.

I've also checked my Treasured, Dynastinae & Prism decks and none have Lotrek's signature, only numbered.

Thanks, Missed that.

Yes, it does quite clearly state that "All Treasured editions will be signed by designer Lotrek."

I guess they changed their minds.

I got an email saying my order was packed and ready to be shipped on 23rd December. I contacted deallez last week and said my order was not sent because they don't have enough decks. Whatever that means... I asked for an estimate on when will they send the order, but didn't receive. I just hope to get all the decks. I am not angry or upset, just anxious to get and feel the decks.

But, I though all FOUR initial editions were going to be produced by Cartamundi, no? It's only when the announcement of Dynastinae and Prism [and later the Black Friday surprise, The Great Wylenti] that those be printed by Lotrek himself. This is first time I heard that there was a plan the Treasure will be printed by Lotrek

Perhaps Lotrek's stock is well suited to just be played casually, as just to be on your hands, browsing through the artworks - not meant to be used to perform magic and cardistry.
Anyways, re-reading the Update #3 - Treasure edition was said to be printed by Cartamundi, and the seal on the bottom supposedly to be signed. But alright, things happened. I wish I could see Lotrek's signature XD

Given that there was a decent noise made about this in an update, I would have thought to let people know about the change in another update, not wait until decks are received to discover and then only in a response in comments. Not a huge deal to me, just wasn't what I was expecting.

Still love the decks (at least the ones i have received so far) and hopefully I get my Dynastinae decks soon.

Also kind of odd that they (Deallez) didn't receive enough decks to do fulfillment completely, it's not like the numbers weren't known well in advance.

Hi all. Lots of comments so I will just answer most here:

Regarding the signed label....

I think what happened was the initial idea was floated and communicated to Lotrek that he would SIGN the seals. He evidently forgot and I forgot to remention it to him. In truth I was pressuring him to get the tuck cases DONE and SHIPPED to cardamundi for some many consecutive days that he printed seals without (a) showing them to me or (b) stopping to consider if they needed something extra. This was a casualty of working with Lotrek. He's undoubtedly a talented man... but prone to mistakes and delays (as we all know). I HAVE LEARNED from this. As much as I love Lotrek's work, as beautiful as his tuck cases are... The Successor tucks will not be printed by oath.

Regarding the stock not being available at Deallez...

This was 100% my fault. I had Deallez receive all the decks from Lotrek and then ship all of the North America decks and the additional extras to Gambler's. BUT i miscalculated the counts...obviously. In my haste to get the decks stateside to begin the fulfillment the numbers were wrong. It's being corrected. Decks were being overnighted as of last week to fix this. The packages should be going out imminently. I HAVE ALSO LEARNED from this.

Appreciate you coming on here and giving these updates. That said, I do think you have a problem with Deallez and how they are actioning and responding to customers. I posted earlier about how I received a tracking notification on the 23rd December and that it stopped moving on the 29th. I emailed Deallez on the 10th of January and then suddenly it started moving again inside the DHL system. At the time I was complaining about DHL, however today I happened to look at my packing invoice and notice that it was dated on the 11th of January! So really means that it had actually never been given to DHL until the 11th and I think received it quite quickly on the 16th.

However I didn't get my 2 Dynastinae decks and when I emailed them (being quite concerned that they were missing and I might not get them) I was then told that it was intentional because they didn't have enough stock. Well if they knew this, why not include a note in the box and/or email me? Really poor customer experience here on $190 worth of decks. Also note how many people are saying they are getting poor communication from Deallez. I know you defended them earlier but I really do think you have a supplier issue here and something that you might want to raise with them because their poor performance can have an impact on your own business as I'm sure you are aware.

That's the gaff pack for TOTT. Interestingly I think it's one of the better tuck designs.

Hi all. So I just got off the phone with Gamblers…. Seems our mutual Greek friend made a small mix up in the Wylenti deck shipment. The counts were inverted. So 400+ decks were sent to Germany rather than Texas. It’s being worked out asap. But it’s delaying the final batch of orders going out of Texas. Hence why many folks have tracking info that hasn’t updated. Sorry about this. Trust me no one is more frustrated than me.
