Re: Art of Play x Ivan Moscovich
If you deck doesn't have a lowercase x separating two brands or a brand and a person in 2021, then wtf are you even doing with your life
I am curious though if that's the colorway (green fading into yellow and red) or just a light shining on a grey deck.

Looking forward to see what AoP does with Ivan. His designs are interesting based on what I could find from a quick Google Image search.

I know he had an exhibit at the Museum of Math in NYC recently. I wonder if the museum carries these in the shop. I think these are cool.

I like the design a lot but am honestly not sure if I buy them. Christmas takes its toll, haha.
Can I resist that borderless back?

Re: Art of Play x Ivan Moscovich
Awkward experience - I went to the store in San Diego about a month ago and I was going to buy this deck. The gentleman who worked there at the time literally talked me out of it. He said I should try to hold the cards and feel them myself because they were heavier and not snappy like the usual cards, so I might not like them, and I agreed. Plus the back design became less attractive after staring at it for a longer period in person.
Although most of the time I would buy decks and not open them, I appreciated his honesty and did not buy.

Re: Cybernetic (Art of Play x Ivan Moscovich)
Cybernetic, $25.00
The images on these cards were created through collaboration of man and machine. Ivan Moscovich patented his Harmonograph device in 1967 and soon after his revolutionary approach to drawing was featured in an exhibition titled Cybernetic Serendipity at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London.
A ground-breaking visual artist, inventor and author, Moscovich's work attracted the attention of creative luminaries such as M.C. Escher and Frank Oppenheimer.
Cybernetic playing cards are a curated exhibition of 54 unique Harmongrams printed on the face of each card.
