IMPORTANT NOTE FOR UK MEMBERS: Sorry. We’re afraid due to Brexit issues, we cannot mail club merchandise to any UK shipping addresses. We suggest you use a service such as Stackry to help facilitate your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
WTF.
EDIT: Decided to ship to a different country.

I just missed the video, but am on the post presentation video and got my deck(s). The decks are going fast. I think they are down to less than 150 left. I am sure this will sell out within 24 hours. If you want one, you had better order it ...NOW.
The Crazy Squirrel Deck Hunter - Hunt decks to extinction
I still can't get over the UK thing. So UK folks should just suck it?
I remember this shipping issue was prominent during the early days of Brexit and lockdown, but later shipping got back to normal in the UK. But somehow for the club this is still an issue.... Even most of the Kickstarter projects that once had no shipping options to UK have all fixed those issues.
The better way is to maintain at least some stock for a later time instead of just letting the 999 sell out right away, especially for those who won't have a chance to get it right off the bat due to shipping issues.
But whatever, I digress.
Playing cards, esp. shipping, have always been in favor of the American market.

Imagine the shock that the sleeping European members will have knowing that the club deck has sold out in the morning.
There has gotta be a better way.

I couldn’t get into the zoom presentation - told me it was a bad link - failed a few times then went to the page to buy it to wait for it to appear.
Said coming soon still but tried to click on it anyway a few times - a few times in and it went to the purchase page without about 240 left - picked them up.
Finally the email arrived saying they were available, when 4 decks were left in stock - club decks page still showed coming soon…
I was a bit surprised they sold over 1000 that fast, but not that shocked. The fact that it was a deck designed by Lorenzo I am sure brought a lot of interest. Knowing it was an EPCC deck, meant that it was almost certain to have foil. Anything Lorenzo touches these days has gold written on it (at least in those quantities).
Lee Asher explained on the chat that the reason the club moved the print run to 1,000 from 500 was simply because the membership grew to over 500 members. The thought being that the club should produce enough decks so each member could get at least one club deck.
Fun fact. The club did set a 3 brick limit per member. There was actually was one member that exceeded that amount (not me) and had the amount over 3 bricks pulled from their order.

An old friend of mine (and of UC) asked me to pick him up a couple, since he's not a member, and I said sure, but really, I didn't think they'd sell out.
And if they did, I was certain I'd still be able to pick some up in the morning if I was unable to close the deal tonight.
But, as it so happened, they opened up the gates *just* as I had to leave to take one of my kids to his guitar lesson. So, I made the purchase, and my kid was a few minutes late to his lesson.
*So* glad I did.
Wow.
Really glad I got these, because holy smurf, these look stunning.
The deck looks great but i have some expectation for the stock. The site says it's EPCC classic stock, anyone have an idea which deck use the same stock/ have the same feel to be expected?
EPCC Classic Finish: This is a thicker paper stock, which has more of a matte look, feels softer and more papery, and is not as stiff as the Diamond finish. The embossing is also similar to Bicycle's "Air Cushion Finish". Of all the finishes, this has an overall feel that is arguably closest to a Bicycle type deck.

Jesus can't believe someone tried to buy more than 3 bricks that's ridiculous... Also seems contradictory to increase the print run so there were enough decks for each member, but then allow any one member buy multiple bricks, but maybe that's just me
I did find it odd as well that a three brick limit was set in this scenario — though I think I found it odder that Bradius wasn’t the one who exceeded the amount
Trying my luck here: if anybody has a spare one, I will be interested depending on shipping costs. Lorenzo said on Patreon he will have some for sale, but most likely those will be very few, and the shipping for one deck is 40$ for me...

THIS!!!
I AM UPSET!
I woke up two hours after the deck went on sale and it's sold out. This sucks.
If you have any "Superior" or "Classic" decks from CARC, the Superior decks typically say on the top flap which finish they are (I have some Robustos, some Damasks, and a bunch of Classics), whereas the "Classic" decks I think are all the Classic finish.
I just opened up one of my old "Classic Twins" decks and that puppy fans perfectly right out of the box (this is a deck I had not previously shuffled). This deck seems just a little bit stiffer than a typical Bicycle deck, but it's nowhere near as stiff as many of their other stocks/finishes.
I'm happy with how the Classic stock / finish handles. I would never confuse them with a deck of bikes in a blind test, but I like them, nonetheless.

Shipping to Australia wasn't available.
I got an order through shipping to Australia - which was when I was logged in to their site (and there were ~120 left). Much better than last year.
(My first attempt, when the e-mail arrived, didn't work - I attributed that to not being logged in)
oh sh**...you are right. This issue was due to me not being logged in. I usually do, but it was a new macbook, so cookies and history in the browser didn't exist.
