Hello again everyone!
We wanted to let you all know that we worked a lot on the playing cards and we will re-launch sometimes before the middle of the year for sure. We decided to redo the tuck box, which was a bit too fantasy and not really in the usual elaborate and liked style of decks by more famous creators and so, we focused our attention to that.
We also decided to revise a bit the pips and made them more standard under numbers/letter so to have cards that are more playable and usable for magic. Regarding the back we have decided to keep the darker version of the three and it definetely looks great when we saw it on our prototype deck made by MPC. The project will be still printed by USPCC playing cards and delivered by the Gambler's Warehouse, but for a prototype we went to MPC as timing was essential. We got it on Xmas and were happy to see it finally made to physical.
We won't reveal yet the new tuck box design as it's not finished but we aimed to something more elaborate and less hand-drawn, entirely made in vectorial and shining as we could. We still don't know if making it in black with shining green or gold metallic foil on it, but we'll decide pretty soon.
I want to show instead some of the changes to the courts, numbers and aces here below so that you can let us know, if you wanted, what do you think of them

.
The next thing we are trying to do is to promote them properly, and we have reached some deals with some video reviewers that will receive protytpes for their review and unboxings before we launch the campaign. It was a disaster to launch in October, we recognise that now.
Sorry about the visible die cut lines, those will not be on the final cards

, mistake on both our and MPC side who did not check properly the files..
In these photos below you can see the change from the version we had before to the new one, left is the old one, right is the new final version we made.
In these months we spoke with many collectors, creators and designers and are trying our absolute best to have a professional product, which will handle good for cardistry and magic and be beautiful for whoever likes to collect beautifully illustrated decks. We kept in mind handling and premium card quality, handling and the collectable factor.
And if you like the project, please check us out on instagram too: @friscards , we will update here with launch date but we post updates there too
Hope you guys will love it as much as we do!
