Thank you, people! It had been quite an experience. We have a lot of stuff to do now starting with the brick box graphics that I hope we'll show this week.

I'd like to publicly thank Omar and Lotrek: I was stretching myself going for a higher tier but, unfortunately, I stretched too far and something broke. I asked for a partial refund so that I could move to a lower tier and it was done within minutes, no questions asked. First class customer service.

I'm gutted that I'll be missing out on the Prism edition, but worse things have happened at sea.

You are the Ferran Adria of designing cards. I looked at the food El Bulli served, I couldn't spend $400 and still be hungry as hell with all that small food but I guess it was the experience of it.

Absolutely! The way I look at it the funding isn't truly ours until the deck is in the hands of backers. We are merely caretakers until that time.

Guys, can I ask for an opinion? Between the Midnight edition which to be printed by Cartamundi VS The Great Wylenti which to be printed by Oath, which one is much worth it to get a second copy?

I like stock variation so I'd say Wylenti. But if you love Cartamundi cards you might wanna get the Midnight edition.

I added 2 Wylenti decks and was surprised to see a shipping fee added. I looked through the campaign and could find no mention of it. It was a small surcharge for US, granted, but I like locking in my pledge amount and knowing I've added exactly what I need to for budgeting purposes. Wondering if I missed the notice somewhere, or was this an unannounced nickel-and-dime?

Happy to be the 415th backer with a tier of that same price. :D I added nothing else to backerkit. I was surprised to see Dynastinae decks available.

There might be some mix up with the BackerKit survey. Earlier in this thread TGW mentioned

"US backers don’t pay shipping. We weren’t anticipating people ordered so many copies. Lol. If there’s extra shipping paid we will figure out a way to compensate backers."

If I add one deck, the shipping is free. Add a second deck there is a $5 shipping charge added, each subsequent deck adds $3 or $4. I am in the US.

Looks like they're still there too! There were also apparently a few Prism decks available - I wasn't expecting to get either so I settled for a Dynastinae (and a Wylenti and a gaff pack  Good thing the charge isn't right now :ugthink: )

Yep, they decided to add shipping after the fact. I don't mind that decision so much as the fact that they did not communicate that decision upfront when it was made.

So, Omar, if you're reading this... the US shipping charges for the Wylenti deck are a bit erratic. $5 for the first deck that is charged shipping (fair enough), then another $3 for the next, but then another $4 for the one after that, then $3, then $1, then $7 (!!!), varying seemingly at random from $7 to $0, but mostly $4 or $3 per deck for the first several, which seems... a bit much. Any chance you can normalize this out a little bit?

Thanks for considering it!

Ice_Panda wrote: Sat Nov 28, 2020 1:59 pm I have a question on the Prism/Dynastinae uncuts. Will these be the same as the decks that are printed by Lotrek? the reason I ask is because in the past the Lotrek uncuts for other decks came in 9 or 12 card sheets, they weren't the full deck. I always chalked that up to the way lotrek printed, in smaller sheets. So I guess I am wondering if there will be just one full sheet with all the cards? or will it be a few smaller sheets with different groups of cards. This doesn't change anything for me in regards to purchasing them, I am just curious. Thank you
Each deck consists of two uncuts.
As a collector I prefer this. You could frame both in a single frame and display both the fronts and backs just by having one half in one direction and the other facing away.
Thank you for the info. Does this mean if we purchase an uncut sheet in backerkit that we would need to purchase two uncut sheets to make the equivalent of a full 56 deck ucut for framing? Thanks!

A lot of people have a chance to get a Dynastinae instead of three aftermarket. I didn't pick up extras.

I see where you got those numbers from Backerkit, but they just don’t jibe with the pledge numbers in Kickstarter. Adding up all the pledges that include a Treasured Edition is about 550 and the pledges that include a Dynastinae Edition is about 350.

So either the Backerkit numbers are wrong or there were a LOT of deadbeats on Kickstarter that didn’t pay their pledge.

Counts base on backerkit inventory summaries.

493 Dynastinae out of 777. (consistent with the numbers we saw on Parlour)
702 Treasured out of 1000

Collectors have pierced the veil of most "limited editions" aka "decks that we can't sell more of because the demand is not there and/or need to hype because otherwise none would bat an eye"

But don't you worry buzz loving collector, we have "super limited editions" now... 😃

I supposed I should break the radio silence on this thread!
First of all, all of the surveys orders have closed, so no more adding up stuffs. Maybe if you like to add more, need to contact TGW, and matters will be taken care off in private.

Second, I would like to share updates on the production from OPCC:
