I know you’ve caught a lot of flak here and elsewhere for aspects of the campaign, but you’ve both clearly worked your ass off to deliver on every front possible. Sure there are areas that could be improved, but this is in the top shelf of campaigns out there. Excited to be a backer ! Congrats and Happy Thanksgiving!

Wait wait wait, physical rewards as opposed to what? That default « $1 because you believe in it » tier? Like if I pledge for a single deck I’m getting this stuff?

Yes you must be receiving a physical shipment to receive the coin and letter. Obviously if you are in a tier with $100 or more you will get the Wylenti Deck.

Well done with the Thanksgiving/Black Friday bonuses! Too often KS creators think a "bonus" is just unlocking another item that their backers have to buy. In this case, you're offering a coin and a deck for free, those are some pretty legit bonuses. Plus, I love the fact that you're offering sample cards of your two ultra limited decks. The sad fact is that the vast majority of your Dynastinae and Prism decks will be unopened, but at least with the sample cards people can actually hold and see the actual cards. Congrats on the well-deserved success of your campaign so far.

+1 to all of this. I couldn't afford Lotrek's most limited Oath decks, so I greatly appreciated him selling packs of a few cards at a reasonable price to be able to appreciate them for a lot less.

Does this include the tier that's exactly $100 with shipping? Because the Treasured set of "Tempest" Decks tier is just shy of that amount but would go on to match exactly $100 for international backers

Unfortunately no. It’s $100 preshipping. But good news is it’s only $9 to add!

Yes, you can add on only up to 30000 decks.
But seriously, no limitations. Just multiply $9X as many decks you want.

We're very happy about everyone being happy. We had been planning that from early in the campaign and wanted to combine it with ThanksGiving. It was tough we had to keep it secret through the rant we received by a few people but it had to be that way. The magic works at the finale. Exciting to get a luxury $9 deck. May be like a Theory11 tuck or better. It's good to receive a sample card from Dynastinae and Prism to determine whether to open them or not. :)

What's the catch for the deck to be sold at 9$ with hot foil?

OMG this so hard.

I got the update from the Devil's in the Details campaign yesterday and they're like "cards are done, brick boxes are done, just waiting on leather pouches and stickers" and I audibly exclaimed WHO GIVES A ****

JacksonRobinson wrote: Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:48 am Omar, I experienced something very similar, and all the old timers that were around when I originally launched the first Silver Arrows Kickstarter will remember.

The similar experience I speak of is placing a limited deck within a bundle and making that the only way you could get it.

I did this with the first Silver Arrow Kickstarter, I had a limited deck that you could only get by buying a brick of which the decks were priced super low at around $6 per deck I think.

The first Silver Arrows Kickstarter was my first experiment with high volume low retail price. That coupled with the limited deck being held within a bundle made the project fail, and I canceled it. The majority (not all) of my followers didn't want high volume low retail and they didn't want to have to be barricaded by a bundle to get a limited deck.

On the contrary, the voiced their opinions loud and clear and wanted even more limited releases. It is that failed experiment that directly lead to the Premium Tally Ho series starting with The Scarlett Tally Hos.

My two cents...
It's unfortunate that one failed but I believe the reason it failed is because you were printing like 20,000 decks if I recall correctly, so it isn't exactly the same as what has been talked about with this project. It would have been a different story if you had only printed like 2500-5000, i'm sure it would have funded. Print runs don't have to be super duper limited for people to buy them.

vjose, I am not sure I understand your comment in light of your previous comment that you felt Jackson's early campaign failed because he was printing too many decks. In any event, I would agree with your statement in general. Some new creators should think small initially before getting established as they are not going to likely build a huge following to support a large order.

Your comment may have been in context of this campaign's certain decks, especially the Prism. While you are correct, the problem isn't numbers of buyers, it is Lotrek's time. Lotrek has to be heavily involved in the production, and he just has so much time he can devote to this project.

That tuck might be my favorite of the bunch honestly. I mean, I'll probably say that about whichever one I looked at most recently...but as of right this moment...favorite tuck of the campaign.

Also, there's no limit to the printing? I'm getting a ton of these :O.

Similar but not the same. GoB had 2 foils (black was foil) this has only gold foil.
