Eight years ago Bill Kalush, David Blaine & Lawrence Sullivan collaborated to bring the original Legends deck to life. Since then they've produced many custom decks for artists and companies around the globe, including our very own LUXX series.
A collaboration between Legends and JP GAMES, the Sterling Edition is a fresh take on the original designed by Mark Stuzman. A beautiful addition to the Legends catalogue, sterling features a shimmering silver cold foil back and traditional Legends faces. Housed in a gorgeous tuck with embossing and foiling which features a diamond cut-out showing off the Legends logo from the backs.

Nice extra joker. Cold foil plus PRC is a pass though. I'll stick to my first ed. Legends.

So based off of what you were telling me yesterday, knowing that EPCC or LPCC are the printer is only narrowing down who the actual printer is. So how do you go about finding out at which facility they are printing the cards? There's no such info here, are you just diligently following instagram updates or something?Harvonsgard wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 6:16 am Nice extra joker. Cold foil plus PRC is a pass though. If you look at the bottom of the tuck box in the first picture, you will see 'Printed in PRC'PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 7:07 amSo based off of what you were telling me yesterday, knowing that EPCC or LPCC are the printer is only narrowing down who the actual printer is. The original Legends didn't use these court designs, did they?

Kind of. You have to connect the dots from what you read here and there. And yah, like Magik and Sherm said, have a close look at the pictures .PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 7:07 amare you just diligently following instagram updates or something?
I've been told that LPCC/EPCC are pushing people to print in China anyways so, unless the creator insists on Taiwan all upcoming LPCC/EPCC decks will be most probaly printed in China.
They did not, they used ugly as trash personalized courts - unfortunately...theCapraAegagrus wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 8:42 am The original Legends didn't use these court designs, did they?
Plus, they didn't know how to keep indices at one line width...
To end on a positive note, stock and finish on the OG 852 are amazing though. Plus the back design; well - Stutzman; nuff said.

Re: Legends Playing Cards: Sterling Edition / JPGames
The indices are fat on one side and thin on the other, so you can find a selected card when it's put back into the deck the opposite way.

Re: Legends Playing Cards: Sterling Edition / JPGames
I really liked my V1's. (Haven't pulled them out in a few though) Do I like this edition? I think I do. I'm a bit on the foiled out side of things or rather approaching it. I don't know where I land on this version yet but I think I like it. If it feels like KoT then I like it, a lot. We'll see.
TL:DR It's completely up to you.

I love the pearlescent silky finish on the backs. I think I would like a pack of these.

Thanks for the post!
Just for the sake of clarity: This deck will be available directly from Legends at some point also, i'm not sure when though.
