It is Jellop and their so called precision high targeted advertising. It was appearing on my feed and I took the plunge just to see what happens but with this campaign. Immediately, the sponsored posts stopped and now I get to see frosthaven on my feed

Interesting. Then again if between Jellop, Kickstarter and Backerkit you’re losing 50% of your funds it seems more beneficial to the ego than the production of the deck.

Jocu - I am a backer on this and was viewing the comments by other backers just now. Yeah, it seems the creator hasn't responded and with USPC being somewhat slower due to piled up production work, I still want to give this creator a chance.

That said, given metalux is communicated here, there is a slight concern in my mind, I hope the creator cones clean and responds to the comments soon.

On another note, I am using Jellop with Bosch deck. They have opened up the project to certain audience that I might not have been able to get by myself. Same sentiment was conveyed to me by two other creators who had much greater success with them. Though they take the cut but it is entirely outcome based. As an example, I saw them targeting Hieronymus Bosch's fans with great precision. It is a good learning experience but it also depends on the project. They get to know within 1-2 days through testing whether they can really help a project or not.

Anyways, please feel free to reach out to me if you want to understand their working a bit better. Happy to help and share my learnings with anyone here at UC.

Hi Sunish! You know I've been thinking about Jellop these past couple of days, so I'd definitely love to know about your experiences. I thought your campaign had perhaps benefitted from the other Bosch campaign but I guess Jellop did their thing :) I noticed Jody uses them too now.

To be honest I can't make the numbers work for now - in Italy Kickstarter income is VAT applicable at 22%. So I lose 22% anyway and then a further 30% to them on the whole amount I can't see it being feasible unless I work out something clever with the funds.

Part of me hates the idea of giving money too Facebook too, but we'll see. Perhaps a future campaign will lend itself more to using them.

With Stellar Kingdoms it was less a criticism of Jellop and more that the campaign seemed to be riding far too high for the quality of the design IMO... and now things do not look good. This guy came from nowhere so I imagine the vast majority of his backers came from Jellop... it doesn't look positive for backers.

Never thought I would see the day but I saw a post on FB that these are fulfilling as we speak. Anyone here receive their decks and willing to share how they turned out in the end?
