LOL. The biggest insult we could possible give them is the truth. His new deck has gotten $1582 in 4 days of funding, while ours have gotten $2340 in 2 days of fund. Enough Said!!!
I am actually surprised he is doing that well, not because of the cards but because the way he ran his other projects. I just will not back any suspect projects on KS. I actually like some of the images on his deck.
Emmanuel just revealed that cool feature with his Sawdust courts! Why would we go and blatantly ripoff his idea? Plus, the UC Jokers are meant to be a subtle on /off color change of the same image. Making the cords wrap as one within 2 cards gets rid of the illusion that it's the same image.
I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to 4PM DESIGNS for donating 2 bricks of the Bicycle Grid 2.0 & 2 bricks of the Bicycle Mythos: Necronomicon decks, for rewards for the Unitedcardists.com deck on Kickstarter. That was truly gracious of him.
I also wanted to personally thank everyone who has supported this deck, both here and on Kickstarter.

The support this community has shown for our deck has greatly exceeded my expectations. We have another donation from one of our deck creators here at Unitedcardists.com. Cobey pile, from Home Run Games, has donated 10 SIGNED copies of his Bicycle 8-Bit Limited Edition Gold Decks with a Gold Plastic Sleeve. THANK YOU Cobey!!!
...Ok I feel like an idiot. I see it now. Awesome. Something about the technological look and the jester hat is so freaking great. And the fact that it also looks like an apple in a way. Digging it.

If my memory of the previous posts serves me well (it usually doesn't), it is based on a specific mouse for a Mac. So I wouldn't blame you for not recognizing what it is right away
The more that I see these cards, the more that I like the design. I am so ready for them to be produced so that big ol' box with my brick+ inside will hurry up and be in my hands!

Yeah, it bears more of a resemblance to Mac-designed Mice. I've been a Mac guy since the early 90's, so it's just ingrained in my DNA by now! The Joker shape is really a combination of 3 elements - a Mac mouse (with a little bit of a face shape added in), the Jester hat and the AOS metallic look.
have you double checked with the "big spender" that they really want the 2K in product and can pay for it? I ask because I do not want this to be another black tie issue.

There won't be another issue. I am not one of these designers that don't have 2 nickels to rub together for heat in the winter time. If the payment did not go through, they would still get printed.

Thanks!
That's the boss talking!
Glad that the deck will be printed!!!
