Playing Cards in Bangkok

Are there any stores where you can buy playing cards in Bangkok by any chance?

My dad's going there next week and it would be great if he could bring some back with him :)

It's my understanding (from my dad who lives in Thailand) that playing cards are tightly regulated by the government to avoid marked decks, and you can only buy officially sanctioned cards from one company. In fact, I just had to send over a couple of packs of standard Bicycles.

Damn that is crazy. Talk about over regulation. It would not surprise me if Bloomberg did that in NY

Learning that did make me wonder how they would react to all the awesome custom decks available here! (And if I ever manage to get my custom deck off the ground, I hope I won't have to smuggle a copy to my dad.)
