Hello once again, I'm sharing some photos of my Studio Ghibli Playing Cards, made in Japan by Ensky.
They don't have any kind of finish but they handle ok and they use a good quality paper.
The decks are Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service and "Laputa" Castle in the Sky. I'm posting my photos at this Instagram that I made just for cards if someone wants to check it out: https://www.instagram.com/baloocards/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: [saul riffel] Studio Ghibli Playing Cards
I am far too big of a TV and movie fan to start getting into hommage decks, it would ruin me. That being said, I love these cards. These are so beautiful and make me feel an immense amount of nostalgia, especially for Princess Mononoke. The plastic boxes with the Studio Ghibili etched in gold is a very nice touch. Are these available anywhere? Know of any packaged in a similar manner for Avatar: The Last Airbender?

I know that they are available at Amazon, but I got them from amiami.com, a Japanese store, it was way cheaper (just had to wait almost two months to arrive).
All Ensky single decks have that plastic case, just like the Nintendo decks, maybe a Japanese thing, and they are great to protect the cards.
About the Avatar deck, never seen one before, that would be nice!
