Re: Something New From Ellusionist
What's your guess? I think it's a white Artifice...
at least I hope it's not limited to black club members again.

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
I think you might be right. At first I thought it was the next deck in the Fathom line, but the picture is reminiscent of Artifice artwork.Mirror wrote:What's your guess? I think it's a white Artifice...

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
My money's on the next Fathom deck... water was the first one, snow/ ice the second? Actually, now that I think of it, aren't the elements earth, fire, wind, water and love (if you count the Bruce Willis movie)? Now I'm confused.
Re: Something New From Ellusionist
I don't think it will be Fathom because ice isn't one of the "four elements". There's water, fire, earth, and air. They've already done water, so I don't think it's a Fathom deck.
My guess is a white artifice deck. The picture looks a lot like the artifice design.

I'd go with White Artifice. Just look at how similar the art is compared to a Red Artifice.

I hope so, I never picked up this deck and I was never excited about the previous colors....

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
E kind of turned me off with that Black Club thingy. I have ordered a lot of magic from them and now they want me to spend money so I can spend money I might have spent had they not demanded I spend money to spend money. Kind of ridiculous. Now I feel a bit ostracized from the company. I managed to obtain a Black Artifice from someone here for a good price but I am not going to stress E`s limited releases. It seems since they created the Black Club both members and nonmembers are complaining.

Agreed. And if E's taught us anything it's that if you're patient enough, they'll be a great opportunity to buy any of their limited decks during some crazy promotion.walrus wrote:E kind of turned me off with that Black Club thingy. Re: Something New From Ellusionist
agreed, lately ellusionist seems to be targeting a much younger emo / mod / dark / tatted up audience and that is not me or my style. I liked the Rounders and the LTD deck, but to be fair before THOSE I had not bought an "E" deck since their gaff deck.

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
A white Artiface would be great to have in my collection. The original run is still my favorite deck of all time and Jason is one of the best card artist there is. Let's hope these designs are from him though since you stepped down from E.

I must say- credit where credit is due. At least they haven't flooded the market with tons of color changes.walrus wrote:Not to get off track but are not we do for a sooperdooper limited release from T11?

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
I agree. Color changes can be nice. The artifice is a very nice looking deck and some of the colors have a nice pop. When you have several colors on a series and keep releasing limited coloring it gets a bit over board. I do have a red and black artifice, they both look nice but I hope that is the end of limited colors. I really like to use the artifice for magic. Or if they want to add different colors and make it a standing deck it is always nice to have the option for change unless they make 27 different colors

Re: Something New From Ellusionist
Interessting - a white artifice deck.
Wondering if those come with a blank faced gaff card.
Like the walrus i'm using the artifice for magic (green) and having another color
is good for magic effects.
Looking forward for more infos!
EDIT :
New Pic released!

I love the Artifice cards!! I'm so glad they are making them rather than any other other ones. I think it's so cleaver to make one design and keep bringing it in different colors. Very smart sale strategy.
