I understand, I find you kind of lucky not to care about the tuck case, I personnaly thing it is part of the experience, I really enjoy gazing at a tuck for hourssinjin7 wrote:This is why I collect playing cards, not tuck boxes. If my deck comes with a pretty tuck, that's a bonus, but I don't spend long periods of time gazing at a tuck box.
I'm good with "not exactly identical with the picture" I'd be very happy with a less deep embossing. The problem is, there is no embossing whatsoever. Completely flat.montenzi wrote:The left image is 3D. It's hard to render and showcase all shapes. That's why they overdone that image. IMHO.
The right image (reality) is better. Deep embossing is not always possible, as it's harder to produce without scratches.
If there is no embossing, you should ask the creator. And to your other question, MPC can do good embossing, so in this case the creator didn't deliver (if embossing was mentioned explicitly in the kickstarter).Circle & Star wrote:I'm good with "not exactly identical with the picture" I'd be very happy with a less deep embossing. hence my disapointment. I say overdone image is right as long as it shows what feature to expect, no?

I can see how the difference in the 2 pictures could be a bit disappointing to someone.
