Bonjour de Montreal. Our team is all over the world, and coming from a book making / publishing angle.
While preparing a Kickstarter campaign on our book, we decided to add a deck of cards as pledge level.
Little we knew what an amazing, fascinating world we were about to discover.
I will jump now to a different forum, to ask for feedback on our first ever deck.
Nice to meet you all (what a crazy, marvelous bunch here!!!!)

Welcome to UC. I am also a book collector. I have a fairly good collection of rare books and even pages from books printed before 1500.
For those not aware of rare books. One of the big ones is the Complete Works of Shakespeare. I have some pages from the 4th folio. However, for the first time in a number of years a 1st folio copy is up for auction at Christies. If interested, you had best have your checkbook out. It will go for seven figures.
