Will those KWP decks be for sale only for subscribers or the general public?

According to the calendar, it looks like subscribers get first dibs on them and then it opens to the general public.

Hello guys!
I'm writing here because i don't know where to write exactly.
I'm asking for your help to purchase the coming Black Reserve Note-Green edition, as i'm having some thecnical problems with KWP website.
Fact is that i'm no longer able to enter KWP website since a couple of weeks. When i try to visualize it gives me: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT. This is happening for a bunch of few other websites (such as Encarded, Vanda and couple more). All other websites (hundreds i use) work good. I really don't know the reason neither how to fix it. Some friends of mine gave me several advices to help to fix, but nothing did work. I did try with different browsers, but still can't enter those 4-5 websites only.
I'm so concerned about it, as the releasing day is approaching, and as a KWP Shorts subscriber i would have go for those decks.
If anyone of you could please help me, please contact me via PM.
I would need someone to buy for me the Triple set (or one of each anyway), and this someone available to ship to Italy after getting the decks.
I do know this could be somehow hard to get, but i hope someone can help.
As a "thanksgiving" for any help, I will pay decks plus any type of shipping methods, plus 15% more on top of whole effective cost.
For the eventual business, if someone will be able to help me, you will send me a private invoice to my PayPal address and you will receive immediate payment as you have the items in hand ready to ship.
Anyone who would try to help, please send me PM first.

Simply put, if you're signed up to PCD's email ads, you realize that every other day is "A STH Day" with decks related or associated to that STH. It's a marketing scheme that PCD often uses but a lot of those days aren't even recognized but just made up by PCD to boost sales. I have no issue of Veterans Day vs. Singles' Day on 11/11 since in my context both aren't very relevant for me, but just to note that PCD has this tendency to exploit this celebration of some random day to boost sales.

*(not to even mention that PCD often uses skanty female figures/showgirls on their Instagram to market decks, as told by @PipChick hehe... an approach that won't age well much longer)

Then unsubscribe and don't buy anything from Will anymore. His insta is PG. Do you do anything other than whine and complain? The guy is selling cards to collectors at great prices and offers promos for the holidays. OH THE HORORR

There are more important things in life than great prices on cards. Believe it or not, there are actually some people with principles and beliefs that take them into account when purchasing items, even on sale.

What you call outrage was a few people, myself probably the most vocal, stating their opinion an willing to take action. It was far from outrage and more disappointment. It was definitely not fake.

Will was kind enough to address the issue here and to me personally. That was that. Thank you for resurrecting the discussion with your shit attitude. Your opinion is welcome, your attitude is not.

Stand for nothing and you will fall for everything. I have a feeling you are the later type of person. Along with sensationalizing things out of context to put others down in order to feel better about yourself and to get bent out of shape over something that isn't there.

Normally I would say to reach out to the site's owners but since it's multiple sites I doubt the issue lies on their end. So I would first recommend trying another computer or having a friend try. But I would also check out these websites for possible solutions:

It could be a DNS issue. You might try flushing your local DNS or even changing the DNS addresses in your router to use Google's public DNS addresses or CloudFlare's.
