Isn’t it the same stock like Less?

I thought there was one he did with that stock, but couldn't remember it off hand. I just don't like that foam-like stock though :? .

Didn't Fable use the same stock?

Don't worry, if it is the same stock like Less, I'll happily take your two Chronos :P !
Decknowledgy wrote:Didn't Fable use the same stock?
Like Bradius said, two different stocks. Fable more paper-ish, thinner and both sides black. Less more foam-ish, perlescent, one side white and the other side black.
Dude, know your deck! ;) :P

I will have to get these on the aftermarket. Hopefully one of the members here will have a couple decks available at reasonable prices.

Well, to be fair, that "tuck" was just something literally slapped together with as minimal an effort as possible. If there are many complaints about it, the next "craft" deck will likely be called a "Baggie" deck because it will be delivered in a sealed Baggie. :? It really is a deck that should be freed to enjoy as the value of the deck is in the cards, not the cheap "tuck" (I hesitate to even call it a tuck as it just barely fits that definition.) BTW, I received notification from Lotrek my decks are shipped. I hope others have received notification as well. Soon a small package will arrive with more Greek stamps. :D

Bradius, not exactly. It's not a matter of minimum effort. The tuck case cutting die is exactly the same for all editions. The problem is that due to a technical issue I had and also due to a possible sliiiight difference in thickness between the two loads of stock I got, the craft edition ended up thicker than the Official. Given that the Official edition fits perfectly in the box (don't listen to Strag  ) the result was that the craft edition was ehmm... TIGHT! I discovered that when I was putting the decks in the boxes and of course it would be too much for another "delay update".
Anyway, I got used to facing all kinds of problems and I don't complain. I always try new things and despite the mess, it's fascinating. Doing the same stuff over and over is safe but it's not for me.

Lotrek, thats exactly why you are so respected in this community. Playing it safe is comforting but so not exciting. Everyone needs to step out of the comfort zone every once in a while and truly present yourself a challenge. Sure, there is a small chance you will fail, but there is a 100% chance you will LEARN, and that is the most valuable part of the whole experience. I'm a teacher of 20 years and I try to do the same thing myself. At the very least, it creates excitement for all sides, and that is what gets people on board with you. Looking forward to more of your projects.

What? A tuck box is a box that holds the cards. So I would argue it fits the definition just perfect. Furthermore the stock quality used for it is far superior to every USPC standard glossy tuck box paper. Do you consider them tuck boxes?

Who is on the stamp?

It is George D. Behrakis - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_D._Behrakis

Image

He is one of the people recognized in the 6th series of Distinguished Greek Personalities stamp issue. https://www.wopa-plus.com/en/stamps/product/&pid=57708#

Hope that clears this critical matter up. Special thanks to Google. :ucstar:

Curiosity got the better of me. I couldn't find a stamp for Peter Dutton..maybe next year.

Soon Lotrek is going to have his face on all the stamps leaving Greece.

I mean, he could probably start printing them as a side biz.

Speaking of Greece I've been really into agiorgitiko lately. Yummy stuff.

Anyway, back on topic, I hate Lortek's stupid stamps because all that means is I have to chase the package down at my post office rather than having them delivered to my front door because a signature is required and I'm not home. Worth it though!

You have to sign because the package is registered, not because of the stamps. If the package is just thrown to your front door, you will just have less stamps on the package (if you find a package at all). You cannot get rid of the Greek stamps! Eheh.
