Will this be a Bicycle Branded Deck?

Yup, Bicycle branded. I'm not sure if I want Magic or Air-Cushion finish.

I'll post the box soon. I am 99% finished designing the deck.

I don't imagine everyone here will love it. Black decks, skulls and decks with deep-hidden-meanings with a secret-mystery-behind-it seem to be popular on the boards. This deck is colorful, fun and cheery; using colors not seen much lately (lime-green, violet, orange).

It's a form of Indonesian language, Hanacaraka.

I am actually looking for someone fluent in the language to help me translate. What I have now is bastardized and incorrect.

Sweet! Is it a surprise, or can you say what you're trying to get them to say?

Good job Rusty, looks like you are secure in your femininity. I kind of like it. I think I would like it more if I dropped some LSD. I will check it out again as soon as this dose kicks in.

Just checking, there'll be another preview for the third deck in the brimstone-quicksilver series, right, this is just a separate kickstarter on its own?

I really like the court style, reminds me a bit of the Mana Deck.

Violant, yes the head you see is a Komodo dragon.

Correct Lel, this deck has nothing to do with the Brimstone/Quicksilver decks. This is a stand alone similar to my Americana deck.

Also, the pricing on this kickstarter will be MUCH lower than the $15 that has been happening lately... and YES, I will still have a $5 level.

You can count on support (aka pledge) from me then! :-) Not too keen on $15+ and international shipping on top.

I like that you've designed a deck... with colours... that actually looks like a deck of playing cards. There seems too many black decks, or decks with contorted pips that look like something else these days. I'd like a deck that doesn't take itself too seriously and that I could actually play a game with (I know, scary). Last years 'Pro Cardistry' deck was kind of the right thing, but just taken a toooooo little far. :D

Awesome with the pricing :D :D

Also Russ, are the pips all the same sizes for the number cards? The club pips on the six look significantly bigger than the other suits, not sure how it would fit on the ten of clubs, orrrr it could just be an optical illusion

Correct, the 6 of clubs has pips slightly too large on the preview image. The final deck will have normal sized pips. Good eye!

I'm not really feeling this one. The back doesn't seem to match the faces at all (apart from the faded flowers on the aces and jokers), and the back becomes kinda boring compared to how much the faces 'pop'.

Oh well, I need to cut down on my purchasing anyway  Good luck, Russell!

I do completely agree with MagikFingerz. The back of this deck is really lovely but the faces aren't in harmony with it. Anyways I'll always support CCCC because of their superior decks but this one seems to be a little bit odd.

I agree- I think the back should be multi-colored. You could ask merz for pointers ;)

Looks really nice! I'm liking the back design a lot. CCCC never fails to impress!

The back will make sense once you see the tuckbox. I probably should have shown that at the same time. Give me a couple days to put the finishing touches on it and I'll show it off.

Thanks for the input everyone!
