Like what reckone1999 said, apparently there was a glitch so if you have not received your download links, you will have to email them. This was the email I received from them:

"Hey,

I understand that you were one of the few on the list who didn't receive your emails and tutorials after your purchase. There was an early glitch for anyone who opted for "Priority Fulfillment" that is now fixed.

This email includes your download links.

As Priority Fulfillment wasn't charged during the glitch, If you'd still like your order to be in the first batch to be shipped, please send $4.95 through paypal to WeAre@TheVirts.com.

We deeply apologize for your inconvenience, and are incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding. "

The closest I have seen is the dragon fanning deck but it still includes the traditional faces, sharing space with the dragon, and has no slip without fanning powder.
That general concept has been on my doodle pad for a while now. I think that will take a pretty ballsy leap of faith in the market to make those in quantity. Maybe someday...

Here's a vid of De'Vo's deck which I think meets the criteria dazzle is looking for:

Thanks alric, it certainly comes closer than anything I've seen yet. Do you think replacing the faces and pips with another card back would make a deck popular in cardistry, or are people too attached to them actually being playing cards as well?

What I mean is that someone could make the background of the court card like a back design, maybe the same as the deck's back design but with different colors?

Aha, you have answered that you want them to still be playing cards. That is an interesting idea, having a cardistry pattern cover the faces as well.

A lot of the older fanning decks went with many more colours then the Dominions and virts have. There are so many different visuals possible, with one deck, when each corner has different colours and patterns.

You can try asking Virts if they allow that would be better .

I'm hoping these might wind up being available elsewhere for a more reasonable International shipping price. Right now the price is double for two decks shipped to the UK.

Here is an excerpt from the creator of the Virts deck in an email last month

"So when will the cards ship?
USPC just emailed us that the cards should ship out "between the
week of March 25th-29th"… about a 2-3 week delay from what we
initially expected.

We're as excited to receive the cards as you are, and personally, I've
been holding off getting new decks because I've been looking forward
to using the Virtuoso deck so much!

The cards are not expected for another few weeks. You must have bought a presale from the reseller has they have not shipped yet

Thanks Pete. I didn't realize that they were shipping in two segments - one for presale buyers and one for regular retail. I knew I didn't preorder them so when I purchased them from Ebay I figured they must have been shipped already - but I didn't realize it was only to the presale customers.

I am only assuming here and cannot be 100% sure but if the guy that produced the decks still is waiting for his cards, I assume no one will be getting them soon but I could be wrong

Latest Update The cards are finally printed and ready to ship

Hey!

Happy Easter!
Huron here, and today, I have a really big and awesome update!

On the 29th of March, the USPC informed us that everything
was on schedule and that the decks were finally ready. The decks
have since been transferred to their shipping facility, and will be shipping
out soon! This means that soon, the Virtuoso deck will finally be in
your hands.

From all of us at Virtuoso, thank you so much for your patience and
your trust in us. Thank you so much for being so understanding
throughout this entire period, especially since your purchase was
a pre-order and not an order, and that there was uncertainty as to
when you would receive what you paid money for.

It takes a lot of trust to do that, and each of us deeply appreciate
your support for what we do. It's our very first time creating a deck
of cards, and seeing it finally become reality after so many years is
a huge milestone for us. In other words, we are super, super excited
to have the actual decks in our hands as well (the deck in the videos
and photos was a prototype).

We have learnt a lot, and we will use this experience to make the
production of any deck we design in the future a much smoother
process. Thank you for trusting us and sticking with us through the
few weeks of delays. It is truly because of people like you that we can
create awesome projects that push the art forward.

Do understand that it takes a few days to ship out every single order
lined up, and rest assured that I will contact you know the moment
your purchase has shipped from the shipping facility.

Once again, THANK YOU!!! And Happy Easter!!!

Chers,
Huron Low

Mine arrived. Great heft, nice feel, love the courts, tuck is a bit surprising ... very much a matte finish and feel to it, but it's still amazingly elegant. The Launch Edition titling is a very nice touch.

But the one thing that is kind of wierd ... is the smell. Is that adhesive? Ink? I don't think I've ever opened a deck before with *any* kind of smell to it. This is really noticeable.

I'm still happy with the deck--don't get me wrong--but still. Interesting.

I have contacted my webmaster about getting the sizing right. In the mean time, upload the picture to Photobucket or a similiar service and post it in the link instead of an attachment.

Thanks!

I easily fixed it. When you attached files directly that are over 5000 pixels by 5000 of course they will appear big.. I just resized them and shared them via my web server
