I recently launched a Kickstarter for a branded deck for the agency that I work for. It was my first time dealing with crowd sourcing and it was a valuable learning experience to say the least. It wasn't successful, but since a few people continued to show interest, I decided to re-launch it. It will have a more achievable goal due to some changes in the printing, but the plan is to still deliver a stellar product. We will be utilizing EPCC's classic stock and for the tuck, there will be a "premium" version with the foil printing that should be superior to the metallic ink I had planned for the original version. These premium versions will be highly limited (for now).

Currently, I'm still in the process of getting a prototype made and finalizing pricing. But, by changing the printer to EPCC and even loosing the embossing on tuck, I think we will be able to keep the goal manageable at 3K. This community was really good at giving feedback (whether good or bad) and I just wanted to say that it was all appreciated. The cardist community is one of the most honest and supportive. If anybody is interested in seeing exploded views of the 2 different box designs, let me know. For now, I have mocked up a version of the main tuck and while it's not a accurate representation (as it came from my work printer and an exacto-blade), it's already a more fun and modern take on what I did before.
