I just was hopin this project would of taken off like the Grid did. Reached over 10k within 24 hours.
Me on the other hand just broke 4k in 7 days. Still pretty good since I don't push rewards and add ons.
As long as it keeps up then I'll have no problem hitting 10k by the end : D

So after being live for only about a week and a half, we're just about to hit 50% of the goal!
Pretty good for not having any kind of rewards. I didn't want a store, my main focus is my playing cards and thats it.
We still have 2 and a half weeks left so if you haven't pre-ordered your deck do so now so we can reach that goal faster.
To those who pledged already thank you for helping me reach my goal one pledge at a time.
Just like my previous Galvanic deck, I will ship the decks out in a timely matter.

Since we're about to hit the 50% mark with 17 days still here is my promotion to every backer: You can add as many decks as you want for $5 each!

This promotion will only run today till midnight (eastern time)! I am hoping this will bounce things back up and push it further to the goal.

haha man I thought this would be easy. Here's it a little clearer: Shipping is covered for this promotional for everyone. Whatever reward you"ve chosen already, simply add $5 for each additional deck you would like. Example: You selected the $9 pledge for 1 deck and just saw this promotion and now you want 4 more decks: $9+$5+$5+$5+$5= $29

Awesome day yesterday! Sales bumped up by almost $850. Lets try to keep this project alive! I do not want to go through it a third time on Kickstarter.
Any ideas on how I can bump up sales again without add-ons? Would love to hear them!

I'm with you, my man. I promoted the crap out of my Kickstarter project, and thought I had good prices, but it just didn't take. The only conclusion to draw from that is that people aren't interested in the design. If every card project on Kickstarter fails, then you could say that people aren't interested in cards or don't have money for them or whatever, but if some fail and some succeed, then it can only be said that it was the design and the aesthetics of the deck that made the difference.

For me, I am now putting my SurrealScapes work on the shelf and going to work on more traditional card deck designs. Maybe I'll have some success there. If not, then I guess it's not in the cards for me. (HA!)

Like Mike said in another thread; you can always just put it on the shelf keep it for a future relaunch. You might have a bigger and/or more established fan base at that point, and it will be easier to gauge how well a project will do.

Hey I would say go for broke. It is a shame these are not doing better. I think your deck and the SiShou were two of the nicer decks out there. I hope you do not give up on cards. I remember you were asking about creating a magic gimmick on the old forum. Coins could be nice but I think the market is a bit more limited. Not saying it would not go over but did you have any other ideas. Thanks Sean, my fellow Irishman.

You're an Irish walrus now? I liked this deck a lot and Iiked how Sean took input from others in making his deck as great as it can be. Given the success of other decks that I don't think look anywhere as good as this one, I can't figure out why this isn't getting funded the second time around. I hope this newest promotion gets you over the top.
