I don't think this one is all that great, to be honest. First of all, what does this design have to do with tapestry? It looks like it was inspired by band-aids more than a textile. While I always appreciate custom pips, these are nearly un-usable. The delicate line work gives the pips a sloppy feel from afar and I am not a fan of the semi-custom courts with the dot overlay. I don't mind the jokers - they are pretty entertaining and I like the colors. However, they don't fit in with the overall band-aid deck aesthetic, in my opinion. *shrug*

Maybe they meant tape (band-aid) + cardistry = tapestry

The deck itself, good colours, and I like the pips. I don't think they are close to unusable, but I get that they are not on the easy to recognize site.
Overall a nice deck and imo better than the CC19 deck but aswell below the good-enough-to-pull-money-outta-my-wallet-line.
