Cards that are difficult to take out and put into the case.

I just got these superior brand rainbow cards and they're so tight. Literally can't take them out. What other decks are like this?

The Jetsetters decks are like that. It's soo difficult to pull the cards out. I believe the Vintage plaid (because of the tick cardboard) suffer the same problems.

No shade, Gio's a good dude, but I always really struggled with Delirium Prism in this respect. I assume it's because of the holographic cardstock used for the tuck; I can't imagine they were making it much thinner than that at the time, and certainly not at a price he could afford. (This was in the days before he could go skinny-dipping in his indoor pool full of money like an Italian Scrooge McDuck.)

The latest Ravn sit pretty tight. When they are wrapped, they come out nicely and feel like they wouldn't be that snug in the tuck box. But now I struggle to get the whole deck easily out of the box. I don't now, maybe the soft touch finish from the box adds some friction.

LPCC's Fuego! decks are pretty snug, too. I even ripped the tuck box. I wasn't careful enough while putting the cards back in the tuck box and on card sliced it. I guess their "Diamond Finish" holds really up to its name. :D

The pool of money made me laugh

I agree, Delirium Prism was too tight and I was VERY angry about that with EPCC - The main issue about producing playing cards with unique features is that you don't have the finished product until it's fully printed, and if there are any issue, reprint the whole run is almost impossible, especially when it's your first deck (Evil and Delirium arrived toghether, after months and months of production).

Well, not that today things are changed, I am crossing fingers super hard that everything about Monolith will be perfect.

So heres my question: Given that not all deck stocks are equal, how much do cards expand over time creating a tighter tuck?

You know what the opposite is?

Sideways tucks like the Exquisite decks, some Zen decks, JR's 52+J Gold deck.

I LOVE those tuck boxes.
