Just realizing from his email subscription that the Red Silk and the Blue are separate shippings:
The much anticipated RED SILK playing cards is finally ready to ship on Tuesday in a massive shipment along with Arabesque Silver players and Grotesk Test prints!

The blue version is also ready and we're waiting for the amazing tuck cases to be delivered next week.
400 blue decks have been produced and yes, they are completed! They will be available at the discounted price for 3 days. After that period the presale will close until Monday April 15 when the Blue decks will be shipped and any unsold decks will become again available at the retail price.

Without seeing the tuck, I only got one deck instead of two.

Sanctus still hanging in there. How come Golden Oath is still featured when it's not available to buy?

I think because of the name for his company as Oath Playing Cards. I would think he is showing the namesake deck of the company. Plus it is a really cool deck being the first printed with just hot foil and no ink.

Why the heck is Sanctus still available? Where is the love? That deck is lovely!

Have you ever tried to put 1,000 Sanctus decks in your cart? It lets me every time, whereas when I try to put 300 Silk decks it says 196 left. I don't own one but I think there were 350 printed. Anyone able to tell how many remain? I might have to get one.

Uh oh. Another one went down the rabbit hole. There should be a warning sign on his website.

Thanks to the thread I realized that I didn't set a counter for SANCTUS decks!
There are another 3 left.
It's a mystery how these did sell so slowly. It's one of my best decks. Anyway...

Thank you all for the support! I'm not posting a lot lately because I found out how time consuming is this when I still have tons of work to do in order to finish pending shipments.

I'm also up to something that you will all LOVE. Later. ;)

In February of this year, Lotrek said the Hieronymus deck still needed a lot of work. It would be available this year, but at the end of the year (September or later). So, I imagine Lotrek has something else in mind.

Well, that is what I get for opening my big mouth. The last three decks sold out while I was sleeping. My own fault though. I only had a year of seeing them on your site every day. :P

Yeah, I was thinking once he posted only three remained, those would be gone in a flash. I bought one early on from his website when I first really got excited about Lotrek. An easy purchase as they were on sale in the secondary market for much more than directly from Lotrek. I picked up a second one when he had them on sale for the 2017 Black Friday sale he had. That was another easy purchase at a sale price of $60. I wish I had bought one or two more at $60. Sanctus really is a better deck of Lotrek’s.

I really like how the Silk Blue sale has gone. I hope Lotrek is pleased as well. Normally I prefer blue, but from what I have seen so far, I think I will like the red deck more.

Indeed, I'm very pleased. Considering the nearly zero promotion in social media and the price.

Regarding colors, I don't know. Sometimes I like red more, sometimes I like blue. I haven't made up my mind because they're totally different. I believe the same will happen to you once you get them both.

Yeah, but do recall how in 2018, you dropped Arabesque, Arabesque Players, Damask Red AND Blue while JR hit us with his Short Subs and various others had great KS launches. [MURRAY] Many of us had to let our bank accounts recover. Heck even Brad had to limit himself to just 2 decks for some of them instead of adding bricks to his security wall ! :? ;)

Yeah, if the Bosch deck gets released in 2019, along with Silk, it'll definitely help Lotrek to reclaim DotY from Lorenzo. I had thought Lotrek had it in the bag with Arabesque for sure till HotRS came along.

Hey, Amy, how close were the votes anyway for the DotY? Was that ever released? Would be nice to know how our votes turned out.

Does the blue deck have an additional name to differentiate it from the initial red deck..?

I guess soon we'll see the tuck for the blue Silk version.

Golden Oath is still my fave of Lotrek, will we see a blue/royal version of it?

Actually, yes there is. Let me quote from a post from lotrek almost two years ago.
P.S.: For a really crazy tuck, wait for the "ROYAL EDITION": 50 decks in total, blue stock, same faces, gold + silver foil on the back. But don't tell anyone...
You can search for "Royal Oath" and scroll down to Lotrek's posts to find it.

I haven't heard anything about it in a long, long time. I can only speculate that Lotrek has held back on this release as it could create a firestorm by those that wanted it and couldn't get it as it would sell out really fast. So, I don't know if it would ever get released.

That led me to speculate in my mind what Lotrek could sell this deck for if he posted it for sale on his website.

$100? - Yeah, it would be sharks in a glass of water. I'd have to pay Pierre to get one for me if I would stand a chance.
$200? - I would bite. Would others? I think so
$300? - That is tougher for me. Did he at least replace the red foil for blue? Maybe, not sure. Let me talk with my banker.
$500? - I am out. Not sure if it would sell out. Maybe?
$1,000 - Let me get some popcorn and see if anyone else would pay that much.

Anyway. The Royal Oath deck does exist in a quantity of 50, but never released into the wild as best I know. That exhausts my knowledge of it.

Lotrek, if you do release it. Hold one for me 8-)

PS: Oops. DId I just tell someone? I was just quoting! [MURRAY]

$200+ for a variant of a deck that already exists by design and manufacturing technique? Only a moron would go for that.

We need to stop contributing to the bubble.
