I've done some poking around and I've only seen them in the below video. Apparently they will only be available in her monthly Be Kind subscription box. I'm excited to see what they look like on the inside, but not enough to subscribe to the club

If memory serves me right, Ellen also had a deck sold on Art of Play, which she designed herself...? Maybe?

I remember that because I looked at it and it was mostly crap but it had something in it which was kinda cool design, don't remember what that something was though.

You are not alone. These cards are as rudimentary as her comedy. A kindergartner could draw better cards on a chalk board than these.

I wouldn't walk 5 feet for a free deck of NOCs but I wouldn't take these if someone hand delivered them to my couch.

The art of play deck is a different deck than the theory 11 deck. Here is a screen shot of the tuck she showed.

Probably? The only annoying thing about her to me is her american accent, because american accents are gross. I rarely see her content though.

Anyway, never judge a deck until you've seen it's courts, so I'll be waiting for that, although this is T11 so they're probably standard :/ in which case hard pass.

It happens, I know. But an embarrassment for T11 for sure. Makes me paranoid thinking how easy this must be to do...

It happens, I know. But an embarrassment for T11 for sure. Makes me paranoid thinking how easy this must be to do...

Yikes, that's pretty bad. I remember being peeved with T11 a while back when I went through one of my decks and realized that I only got the top corner of a card(as in 90% of the card was missing lol) but you can chalk that up as a mistake during cutting which happens, this is on a different level.

Bicycle standard Aces always have that disclaimer about imperfect decks, do they accept returns on poorly cut third party ones?

Honestly - I completely forgot about that. I doubt it, though. I probably could've contacted JR about a replacement, but it was < $10, and I wrote on a Joker for poker use.

The last time I noticed Ellen was in the 90s when she had a short-lived sitcom; can't say I really follow daytime talk show hosts. But I'm confused; is she known for her love of magic or something? How much crossover interest between Ellen fans and card collectors could there possibly be, that there are two Ellen decks?

Not sure about that, but I can't see her fans being card sharks. I'm surprised she didn't go to Bicycle. With her name recognition, I would think they'd be glad to work with her. Maybe she really likes the NYSM2 deck? Who knows. I suppose T11 got a bit of free advertising, but I'm not sure if it translated into an increase or decrease in sales. I...dislike that woman. I mean Oprah gives everybody a new car. A deck of cards? Lame. At least NPH is into magic so his deck makes sense. Maybe she donated the proceeds to charity? If that's the case, I'll eat some crow then buy a deck or 12.
