Yeah, I heard about that earlier and my head is spinning. One of the better Marvel series they have going.

An interesting new series Netflix put out was the Almighty Johnsons. The Norse gods are alive (if not well) in their new home in New Zealand? A three season series good for binging.

Well... When you center your franchise around 13 episodes and never really have more than 6 episodes of actual content, what do you expect to happen?

If I had the time, patience, and willingness to actually do things I'd super cut a better season of all the damn Marvel Netflix shows.

The latest Daredevil, you could have taken the first five episodes and made it one and the season would have been stronger for it. Write flabby, meandering shows and get cancelled. Given the state of film and television right now, you deserve it.

Yeahhh... I'm going to have to mildly disagree with you on that point. Not that there has been the feeling that some episodes have been padded -- I agree with you on that point. But, I don't think each season of each series has been quite as bad as all that.

That said, Iron Fist, IMHO, was the weakest of the lot, and Luke Cage (I've only seen the first season and the Defenders, so far) was a far cry better, but if they end up creating a combined "Heroes for Hire" and pair these two up as they were in the comic books, that has the potential to be a decent outcome from all this.

Meanwhile, I'm halfway through Episode 5 of Season 3 of Daredevil, and if you're saying that the season gets even better from here, then I'm totally hooked. I'm liking the way things have been going, so far. A little slow, and a little heavy with the self-pity, but I've been cautiously optimistic that we'll get past all that soon, as the previous seasons had done.

It's definitely a stronger second half despite being heavily telegraphed and still insisting on taking meandering side treks.

I will watch Deborah Ann Woll paint a fence all day long. The episode 'Karen' still pissed me off.

There's a reason that Kevin Feige doesn't include any of these B-list characters in the MCU. I still haven't watched Daredevil, who is and A-list character. I should've done that while on vacation this week...
