Sorry a little off-topic (though I don't mind some aspects of these designs, and yeah that's some shithouse customer service), but I thought this was just so hilarious! You think kids care about a finger? You think they aren't *gasp* even swearing when adults aren't around? Do you even remember being a kid? This is up there with adults thinking kids care about nudity, news flash, they haven't been taught to be ashamed and embarrassed of their bodies yet, a person is just a person to them whether clothed or not. That kind of well, I don't even know what because I've never figured out why it's such a common belief, is how you end up with stuff like the US film industry where you're allowed to show fifty people being killed in a movie 12 year olds can watch but not so much as a butt cheek, how does that make sense? It's not as if they don't have mirrors, and it just ends up causing a lot of unhealthy problems later on particularly with porn and what they learn from it. Anyway my parents let us say 'shit' because you have to have something to say or you'll be repressed.

1. Bocopo doesnt have any responsibility on lost orders after being shipped. This is common in most (if not every) shop. Just give it a thought. Its courier's or post's responsibility when the package is lost why would Bocopo be reponsible? It doesnt make sense at all.

Also what do you expect from Bocopo or seller to help you with? The only thing they can do is just to contact your post or courier and get the same answer from them like you.

Wait what?? So this is the easiest selling model ever... I just receive the money, inform the buyer that the package was sent and then wait for the buyer to report it as lost, and then that's all, money in, good are still in, all profit! Your vision is great.

This statement couldn't be far from the truth.. I've dealt with a lot of different sellers, and only two have showed this attitude, one of them being BOCOPO.

An since I'm at it, my Luna Moon order was also lost, but in this case by my country postal service. I contacted them (my country postal service) and they told me (by signed letter) that the package was lost and I should contact the sender so he could fill a claim with the Original Postal Carrier so they could be refunded of their lost. So I did it, and after a month BOCOPO told me that there was nothing to do, the package was lost and they couldn't do anything. So BOCOPO had all the information to recoup their money, which I'm quite sure they did and left me with nothing. I spent a lot of my personal time trying to help solving this problem and all I got was a big NOTHING. No other seller in the world do this. So for everyone out there, STAY AWAY FROM BACOPO.

An important note: Every postal carrier has responsability to the Original Postal Carrier, so in case of a lost package, if you can prove it was really lost, the destination Postal Carrier will pay to the Original Postal Carrier the default ensurance value for the type of shipping used, this is sometimes up to 20 times the shipping value (depends on the carrier and shipping service).

First... when you are buying something and choosing untracked shipping its at your own risk in case the package is lost and I would love to see someone's policy that they will refund or resend the package if the package gets lost even its untracked shipping ... If you REALLY saw some shops would love to see them... and your "business model" works only when you ship only untracked orders... So if you would like to avoid this you should choose tracked shipping which cost just few $ more anyway....

Also your easiest selling model is the best scamming model as well... buyer can just report it as lost, keep the package and getting their money back. "Your vision is great"

Yes my package was tracked, and still the same thing as it was not. Go ahead and reasoning some excuse for them now!

What I would really like to know is to which company do you work, even it is not playing card related, please let me know, I don't want to ever cross your path in the business world. Thank you.
