Are these printed yet? If so then I'm baffled and pissed off. Why would USPCC have a sliding scale like that?guru wrote:vasta41 wrote:Are these USPCC? Interestingly, yes. They are USPC printed.

How could this escape their rigorous standard process?
I wish Jay still frequented this site as often as he used to. He might been able to get the inside scoop on this with his connections inside the factory.badpete69 wrote:Vasta.. They are printed and will be delivered soon as it was with all their private launches
I still hop on the site multiple times a day. But, i normally don't check every new deck thread.vasta41 wrote:I wish Jay still frequented this site as often as he used to. The fact that they didn't catch THAT but caught THIS is beyond me:CBJ wrote:I still hop on the site multiple times a day. If there's something you want me to read/look at... shoot me a PM.
As for the finger... I'm surprised USPC would miss that. It's pretty obvious.
Let me look into it.

If Lee sees this I bet he'll be pissed. I know I am.vasta41 wrote:The fact that they didn't catch THAT but caught THIS is beyond me:CBJ wrote:I still hop on the site multiple times a day. The color palette of that Sirius B deck is giving me major flashbacks to the Marbles deck from that Ellusionist Grand Prix Contest - I don't know if any of those cards were/will ever be actually made, but still...badpete69 wrote:Sirius B
Yes!Räpylätassu wrote:Three ugly decks. These suck.

This is some serious crap. My guess is that they only looked at one of the hands, the one with an open palm, and passed it along? Seriously crappy quality oversight here, if not pure hypocrisy.badpete69 wrote:So just to confirm, those neon decks were not only printed, they are already shipping. looks like USPCC missed 1

It's a double-standard is what it is. If I were Lee I'd be up their asses about this. I have to say I lost a little respect for USPCC here.shermjack wrote:I think that Bocopo probably submits the artwork for a bunch of decks at once and the USPCC lawyers don’t have enough time to go through the designs thoroughly in the amount of time they need to respond while Lee was only submitting one deck design. Plus, the theme of Lee’s design was rebellious Outlaws, so they probably were on high alert when looking through the artwork.
Not saying that it is right, but I can definitely see how it slipped through.
Wait what?? So this is the easiest selling model ever... I just receive the money, inform the buyer that the package was sent and then wait for the buyer to report it as lost, and then that's all, money in, good are still in, all profit! Your vision is great.kulidone wrote:1. Bocopo doesnt have any responsibility on lost orders after being shipped. This is common in most (if not every) shop. Just give it a thought. Its courier's or post's responsibility when the package is lost why would Bocopo be reponsible? It doesnt make sense at all.
Also what do you expect from Bocopo or seller to help you with? The only thing they can do is just to contact your post or courier and get the same answer from them like you.
This statement couldn't be far from the truth.. I've dealt with a lot of different sellers, and only two have showed this attitude, one of them being BOCOPO.kulidone wrote:This is common in most (if not every) shop
Please let me know to which company you work, as I would never do business with you. Thank you.kulidone wrote:and btw I dont work for Bocopo.
I do not expect Bocopo to do anything and I know that they are not required to give a toss. However, I do think that going an extra mile for your customers goes a long way and the cost of offering to send a replacement deck would be minor compared to the loss of future business from collectors, many of whom are spending substantial amounts of money on their hobby. Bocopo decks are every so often nice but nothing to think about twice and I, for one, will now take my business elsewhere.kulidone wrote:1. 2. Jackson's example is totally different. First of all for that situation (dinged decks) is Jackson fully responsible for not doing a proper inspection or not packing the order well...unless the package (box) was heavily damaged by courier/post.
3. Just because Jackson offered a really generous compensation you shouldn't expect the same from others.
"turns out they sent my decks by untraceable mail, the package got lost and now they refuse to take any responsibility for shipping, suggesting that I have to pay for the decks again""
Thats not a bad attitude at all. Lol.
They didnt do anything wrong... I know how it feels losing a package, but calm down and give it a thought before posting... and btw I dont work for Bocopo.
Sorry a little off-topic (though I don't mind some aspects of these designs, and yeah that's some shithouse customer service), but I thought this was just so hilarious! You think kids care about a finger? You think they aren't *gasp* even swearing when adults aren't around? Do you even remember being a kid? This is up there with adults thinking kids care about nudity, news flash, they haven't been taught to be ashamed and embarrassed of their bodies yet, a person is just a person to them whether clothed or not. That kind of well, I don't even know what because I've never figured out why it's such a common belief, is how you end up with stuff like the US film industry where you're allowed to show fifty people being killed in a movie 12 year olds can watch but not so much as a butt cheek, how does that make sense? It's not as if they don't have mirrors, and it just ends up causing a lot of unhealthy problems later on particularly with porn and what they learn from it. Anyway my parents let us say 'shit' because you have to have something to say or you'll be repressed.Pablo393 wrote:The middle finger on the King turned me off though.
