Sadly it was also confirmed this will be US Game Systems again. Good news is there will be an uncut version which is a MUST.

I really love the 5th Kingdom deck idea. Oh yes, for me as well. Reading that he was Ben Jone's inspiration for the Pipmen transformation deck really kicked me into full-on serious collector mode. Trying to find Emmanuel Jose's decks have been something of a personal quest for me. Managed to get all except for Clipped Wings. Where did you see that update? On Oct 7th he said "Received the PDF layout from US GAMES for the Royal Mischief Transformation Playing Cards..(Thanks, Paula!)..I actually forgot about this deck! Coming very soon!" I really hope you just heard a bad rumor...
