Why cannot I send pm?

I have subscribed on UC for two months. Really happy to find this place to learn more about decks with people all around the world. I learned a lot and also traded some times with people who left their email. I am not a talkative person so I just repost a few times which doesn’t bother me having a good time on UC. I just want to know why cannot I send PM to anyone. This’s really disappointing. You can’t imagine how frustrated I was when I wanna contact some posters immediately. There's a welcome post for UC that mentions, among other things, that PM privileges are not turned on until after you've posted a couple times. It's a way to filter out spambots that try to join a forum and then spam members using the private messaging.

You don't have to be super talkative to enjoy the forums here, but I'd say just make another post and give it a couple days, and then the feature will automatically open up for you.
