I had exactly the same question - three regular decks with standard courts with no connection whatsoever to Japan.

Except maybe that they are made for the Japanese Market by Matsui Gaming of Japan?

So, they are Bicycle branded, but not made by USPCC that owns the trademark for the Bicycle brand. Got it.

These are printed by USPCC in the USA. Matsui Gaming is affiliated with USPCC

Noticed there wasn't a thread about these, although I saw them mentioned in the Ginza thread a while back.

Hmmm as recolourings go, these are actually much better than the other recolourings of decks. They took the trouble to have different tones on the backs and the courts. Pity they are more than 2x the price of the bikes though.

I believe that the actual names of these decks are Bicycle Black-Blue, Black-Green and Black-Pink
