Not only the War of 1812 but during WW2 (the big one) the Japanese invaded Alaska which was a US territory at the time. We were able to fight off Norways attempted invasion in 2007. And of course we had those prick ass hoes on 9/11. Actually, during the Civil War the South was able to attack Vermont staging from Canada (thanks again Canucks) and let us not forget Gettysburg. Fin have you seen Ducreux's self portrait where he's stretching and yawning? Those works always do make me smile. His contemporary, Messerschmidt, made some truly bizarre expressive self portrait busts too. I wonder which of them got the idea first.
