You nailed it - Incredibly impressive!LanceTMiller wrote:We need to find a delicate balance between an abstract design that evokes the Vegas lifestyle mentality more so than it just being about clubs / parties / casinos, or any singular topic. When people think of Vegas, they think of the glitz and glamour, the shows, the lights, the excitement and energy that comes from escaping reality even if it's only for a little while. It's a challenging project to be sure, but it will be a great exercise in design balance and craftsmanship.
I agree with Tom here. Even if you leave the outer frame alone, you can still go thinner on the outer white border.MagikFingerz wrote:The only critique I have is that there's a bit too much "frame" - the outer frame (the small circles and the outermost line) could IMO be removed and the remaining design could be enlarged. Too many or too "thick" frames doesn't do the "main" artwork any favors, only makes it smaller.
But other than that - hot damn!
I'd like to know which portions of the back design will have the diffractor treatment. Lance's sketch alone hints at the awesomeness ahead, and its almost mind-blowing to think about how much better it will be with the diffractor foiling.
