It's designed by a group of people (or a single designer? I'm not sure) from a forum called "CardsDancing".

The forum went live April 10th of this year, of similar nature as UC or other known cards-related forums designated for the Chinese/Asian community.

I believe so. I remember this deck, vaguely.

It sounds like they sold it to members hoping to make a profit and it fell through. Now they need to recoup their losses and are selling it 'privately' to the public.

I've sold to them in bulk before, specifically speaking with Seven. As far as I have been involved they are trustworthy.
