For those who have won physical prizes like decks, Theory11 is having some problems with holiday contest prize claim emails so if the 48 hours pass and you haven’t received an email, this is why. I was worried because I had not received my email to claim my prize so I emailed support. I was told they were in the process of fixing it and the emails should be sent out some time later this week

It looks like T11 has manipulated the algorithm on their wheel spins so that the "No Rewards" result is a lot more frequent now. Of the 4 times I've spun so far, I got 3 No Rewards and one 25 points.
