DEFECT - Newly submitted decks don't save fields on review

When a general user submits a new deck it must be reviewed by contributors/admins. In some cases these can appear in the queue without required fields filled in, but I haven't been able to replicate this. However, what is a problem every time is that when the reviewer edits the deck on review to update/add fields or images they are lost on that first save. Causing them to have to repeat the work again if they notice it. The workaround is the process tells the reviwers to first save the deck, then come back to edit, but word hasn't gotten to all and it should just work in the first place.
