2017 Black Friday/Holiday Specials and New Releases

It's that time of year again! Let's all work together to keep track of year-end deals and new commercial (i.e., non-KickStarter) releases that make for a more festive season. Please add to this list in your replies, and I'll update this first entry to try to keep it current as my time allows. As always, I offer a tip of the proverbial hat to Vasta41, who originally suggested doing this back in 2013, and volantangel, who helped with the original formatting of the list.

• Art of Play (http://www.artofplay.com/) -- Coming soon (mid-November), a new release (likely a recolored deck) in the Antlers series plus v2s of the Vintage Plaid series.
• Bomb Magic (https://bombmagic.tw/store/product/the-hidden-king/) -- Bomb Magic has just released a New Deck at an insanely low price called Hidden King. Other collection decks are available at a 15% discount if you enter discount code FRIDAY2017.

• Brooklyn Playing Card Co. (https://www.brooklynplayingcardcompany.com/) -- On Black Friday, their Blue 101 decks will go on sale for a discount of 20% off. They will also begin taking orders for their v2 of their red recolor of the 101s.
• Carat Cases -- See the full details on page two of this thread, but here's the short version: Sherman Tsao (our own shermjack) recently released a new single deck case called the Carat XST (internal dimensions 9.7cm x 7.5cm x 2.75cm) which is slightly larger than the Carat X1 (internal dimensions 9.4cm x 6.9cm x 2.2cm) for the larger 'Slip' or 'Telecopic' Tuck Cases that have recently been made (i.e. JR's 52plus Joker 2014 Silver deck or the Limited Skull & Bones Decks, both red and black and a few others) as well as older vintage decks (i.e. Souvenir, New Era and others). The Carat XST will retail for 9.99 plus shipping, but Sherman will be having a sale from Friday to Monday on them: One Carat XST will be 10USD with free US shipping (he will supplement international shipping the cost of US domestic shipping, which is around 3) and each additional Carat will be 7.50 each. • Cocktail Hour Playing Cards (http://www.cocktailhourcards.com) -- Cocktail Hour Playing Cards are 20% OFF now through Monday, November 27. No code needed.
• Conjuring Arts Research Center (http://conjuringarts.org/) -- New Decks, Exquisite Bolder and Skull & Bones Special Edition, went on sale on Thanksgiving Day.
• David Blaine (http://shop.davidblaine.com/) Starting on Black Friday, check out the 25% off discount on every item in the store.
• Dead On Paper (http://www.deadonpaper.com/) -- On Black Friday, Dead on Paper plans to feature a site-wide 30% off discount with free shipping in the US and discounted international shipping. Discounts apply to Ovdiyenko's solid silver coins for one day only, and the site will also feature special gift sets. Sale starts Friday morning at midnight, Eastern Time.
• Elephant Playing Cards () -- 25% discount site-wide, use coupon code R8LKFLBZ starting midnight Friday morning through midnight Monday evening, at least in Ben's Australian time zone (6am Pacific Time on Tuesday morning? I'm not sure.) As for the site... it's Amazon.com, just search for "Elephant Playing Cards" and look for the various projects that come up.
• Ellusionist (http://www.ellusionist.com/) -- Updated: E sent out an e-mail to customers today indicating that if you were planning to buy something from them, best to wait for their big deals being announced for and on Black Friday. In the meantime, the site has gone live with their holiday lottery. Every fifty dollars you spend gets you a wristband which may or may not indicate some sort of prize. E recently launched the Gold Revolvers and the Gold Rounders, has just now launched new deck Talons, and they have also teased the imminent release of Madison Kittens. We'll be sure to update this thread once the new, big Black Friday plans are announced.
• Kings Wild Project (http://www.kingswildproject.com/) -- Jackson Robinson is teasing a new deck called Verum Videre, slated for release on Black Friday.

I had emailed her about the deck and high US postage which she changed, as she mentioned on the deck topic discussion, and she said she only had about 130 decks on her site. Look for the retailer sites (penguinmagic.com) I'm guessing would be one.

Note that some vendors were already listed but have sent out updates (In particular, E and Bomb Magic), so keep an eye out for updates. And, other vendors, like T11, haven't sent me any information just yet, but have traditionally offered some interesting deals or new products for Black Friday, so anticipate that there will be more entries added as we approach Black Friday.
