Need more Info on: Bee Jumbo Index No Peek

Hello Friends!

I bought a brick of Bee bumblebee Jumbo Index Tech Art (6blue & 6red) the other day, and in the mix, I got 6 Red Jumbo Index No Peek. I have never seen or heard of "No Peek" before. Was curious if someone could share some information about them with me? Worth keeping, are they rare or something? or should I return them and get my Tech Art decks instead?
