Septimus answered an ISO, and he was straightforward and honest about the exact condition of the deck he was willing to sell. (I'm a fairly OCD collector and the minor issues that most people don't care about are pretty big problems for me). He sent pictures and was completely open about a tiny ding that he thought I would care about, even at the risk of harming a sale.

As far as I'm concerned, he's a great guy and I'd trust him with any future dealings.
