Forget Fontaines, this is were its at! Still $1,500 funding goal and $20 flat rate international shipping make the project rather unappealing. Other than that its a fun theme!

Projects were the creator will self fund part of it are too risky. What if you don't have the money or lose your job? Backers will be screwed. No thanks

Well, the creator is Will Roya, a professional magician from Las Vegas, owner of recently launched online store http://www.PlayingCardDecks.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and a backer of many Playing Card Kickstarter projects (including mine). When every other online retailer was trying to take advantage of a newbie Playing Card producer, Will was the one who offered a good deal as well as help, his store is the only store who has Divine Art decks (apart from when offered on UCdecksales).

Will has always been offering support to Kickstarter creators, another example is Runic Royalty LIMITED RUN Playing Cards which was again self-funded for some part in addition to Kickstarter funds.

Chickens is a fun deck but I do agree that international shipping is way high. I believe Will does the fulfillment himself as he does for his store.

I support him and paying it forward through this message too. He didn't ask me to do that, btw.

Thank you for the support I really appreciate it. We are already about 33% funded.

Nothing I can really do about the international shipping. Anything over 8 oz. costs $20 + to ship. Even with my commercial rate. Besides add-ons I may also let backers add any decks they want from my store for no additional shipping when the decks are ready to be fulfilled.

On the next campaign I may add an one deck international special pledge with with add-ons disabled if I hear from enough int. backers just wanting one deck with no add-ons.

I am always open to suggestions.

Well I take my comment, seems like he has a lot of money. However the deck design is silly and not appealing to most. I can always get it from his site later.

Also the low goal would not be needed if the deck was more appealing.

We are now over 100% funded and going into the final weekend, thank you to everyone here who has supported my 1st project. More images of the deck have been released and I believe this will be a really cool collectible deck to have. Thanks again!
