I wish phpBB developers would quit arguing and fix this problem - click on the picture and it is displayed properly - not upside-down ignoring the "orientation" in the EXIF data.

So with one deck and a non working website, he's suggesting how other people can do their decks and his suffered. Yes that's what this forum is for but it's always something. Nothing will be perfect, kept in tradition or always how we'll like it to be.

I have no deck nor a website at all, and I always seem to find things that could be tweaked or improved upon with every deck. I just don't bother posting about it most of the time since I won't be buying 80% of the decks posted anyway

Here I thought we were free to express our opinions here. I for one think Sprouts plays an important if not sometimes cryptic role on this forum.

Back on topic though, looking good Lorenzo! Another deck that I'll be investing heavily in.

hi guys!

just a little update about gemini. While I am struggling with Le Chat Rouge fulfillment and the issues with the producers, I managed to take some time and work on Gemini.
this is a start, but I like tha balance and the structure.

Let´s see how it goes, I need to improve it :) it´s just a "sketch", actually a pencil drawing, a draft.
Feel free to give me your opinion,
cheers! :)

Looks great!
What about extending the Gemini symbol over the border, like if it was placed over it. May get a bit of a 3D effect, subtle.

The back looks like a good start, but the middle area doesn't seem up to the standard of your other decks. It looks like an "8". No disrespect, just my honest opinion.

What is the significance of the 8? I also like the idea jantafe had about extending the points of the gemini symbol ends up into the boarder, could look nice. Pretty spectacular, and love to see the work in process

The "8" is actually the Gemini symbol. It may be more obvious if it was colored in or maybe the center points shouldn't be connected so it'll look more like "II".

Hi all,
I am working on the back design for Gemini, I´d like to get some feedback and spot what I do not see.
I let it rest for a few days and take it back with fresh eyes :)

Thank you :)

Yo Mike! Can you modify the site so that I can like that Lorenzo's picture more than one time?

Stunning. This deck is by far the number 1 on my Must Have list. I did a list some time ago about my TOP 100 decks for fun. About 65 of them were decks that I truly love, about 20 after that were decks that I like a hell of a lot. This is going to be in the TOP 5 without a doubt.

I had a thought. It'll be possible if someone could make a neat Zodiac deck with the signs as court cards.

thanx guys, glad that you like it
I will have to do some color tweak and try a red version.

The zodiac theme deck is a nice idea and astrology is always interesting.
Heretic Noctis is based on Aries (ram) constellation/zodiac sign. Gemini, well, Gemini is gemini lol
The first idea of Gemini is also taken from Heretic Queen of Hearts, where the queen has different facial expression. On Gemini i make the differences when I am almost ready with the courts, all will have 2 facial expressions even though the symmetry is kept.

Work in progress, a lot to do and a lot of ideas. :)
I keep you posted
cheers

Tweaks will be made, but not huge changes. I will try more color tweaks as well

LOVE the pyro, like the Terra. There is a lot of depth to the Pyro that doesn't come across in the Terra, maybe bring down the shadows a little bit? That little bit of contrast on the Pyro's really pops, and I love the palette of the Terra but it doesn't have the same shadow range and it gets outshined

true! the Terra central area is dull, not as bright as Pyro. The thing is that on screen is different from the printed version (normal inkjet printer).... I will fix it ;)

Yay! A red version! I will be having at least one of those!

I did my TOP 100 favorite deck list some time ago. Arcana by Dead on Paper is number 1. I mean, this might become my favorite deck, I love every single thing about this.

Btw in terms of fatness:

Stereotypical American < Cow
Cow < Elephant
Elephant < "Your mama"
"Your mama" < The pips on this deck

The hype train is going at max speed at the moment.
