Re: Madison Blanks
You know, I actually enjoyed the trailer video - I didn't think DM had it in him to poke fun at himself like that. He also got away with flipping the bird during the video, as well as an "F" bomb at the very end. The sad part, however, is that this might be the best deck E put out in the past couple of years, a deck with absolutely no design.

Re: Madison Blanks
The only E deck's that I've really liked the past few years were the Prohibition series and the elements series- I really REALLY wish they'd continue with that.sinjin7 wrote:The sad part, however, is that this might be the best deck E put out in the past couple of years, a deck with absolutely no design.

Re: Madison Blanks
I guess I should've said for the past year. Prohibition and Elements series were good, but they were a long time ago. I really don't know why E abandoned elements after just Water and Fire.

Re: Madison Blanks
Maybe now that even Madison himself laughs at his minimalist decks, maybe, just maybe he is done with minimalist crap.
There are photos of two unreleased decks in website, Crooks and Hellions. Crooks looks like generic Madison, but Hellions seems a bit nicer.
It's a good thing that they are not taking this serious, but I bet that there are fanboys out there who don't get the joke. "Wow! 6 months in development, a must have! Great minimalistic design!!!!!"

I don't think that Bumblebee was bad by any means, I quite liked it. The second best deck to come out from the "big companies" (T11, Ellusionist, Blue Crown, D&D) last year, losing only to Contraband in my books. But other than that, I approve.sinjin7 wrote:I guess I should've said for the past year. Prohibition and Elements series were good, but they were a long time ago. I dream of a world where wars are fought only by having dance offs. I also dream that a Finnish playing card designer would exist. The former seems more likely to happend.

This deck cracks me up. Just when you think he can't push it any further, Boom!
It's actually quite impressive, not the deck of course rather the attitude that creates these things.

TL:DR It's completely up to you.

Re: Madison Blanks
You gotta give them props for marketing. The inside of the tuck should say "You are a moron." If they just added blank decks to the site I can see the use, but all the hype for this is pretty hilarious. I wish I could see their sales records on this!
