I got mine in the last batch he shipped a while ago. The decks do exist, its just a matter of time until they go out, unlike, say, the Dakota deck I got scammed on.

Why is the shipping so expensive? $8 to ship a single deck within the USA is a lot IMHO.

The 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Spades cards had the wrong font in all the decks. And it is not off by a little, it is glaringly obvious. How in the world did every proofreader/checker/printer, etc miss such a drastic difference on 4 cards? Oh well, it is still a very nice deck, just wish someone had spoken ...

Don't have mine either. I told him to just mail it in a regular padded envelope, no special instructions or stuff needed, but still nothing.

One deck I've been waiting a long time for and had almost given up on was the Lakota deck. The artist had not responded to personal messages on Facebook, emails, or the many comments on Kickstarter. However, she had not completely vanished the way the Founders creator did, she kept posting on Facebo...

I have my Defunctorum decks. The printing and finish are good quality, but the paper is noticeably thinner IMO.

Send them a message. They may re-evaluate shipping. I know it costs me more than that to ship one deck priority to Canada. I love their work, just wish they'd use a little more color. These decks are not user friendly to play with. I and other backers have already mentioned the need for red pips in...

Hi Barley, welcome to the forum! I think you can get a lot of useful advice here, many of us are playing card collectors , and many others are deck designers who have successfully printed decks in the past. I like your artwork, and I think with some revisions here and there and research on your part...

There are no fiber-optics out here in the country, that's for them cityfolk.

I agree that you should have women on all the court cards, get rid of the men entirely. Honestly, I really like the border and the middle, but there is far too much empty or nearly empty space for my taste. I'd call it a good start and ask "now what about the rest?"

I knew it was a tuck swap when the 2nd picture showed the regular deck, both front and back, laid out around the white tuck. If anyone went to the trouble of creating an actual new version of the deck, they'd show off the new designs, new back, new courts, etc, not just the tuck box.

There's also the fact that the Titanic decks haven't shipped yet, and many people have a policy of not backing someone who has not completed their previous KS before launching another one.

I wish I didn't mess up the shipping. I think it screwed up our chances of getting this funded. I think I frightened too many people away. I think the back design could be better, but then, I've always been a fan of more intricate backs. That and $12 for a deck instead of $9 or 10 has me taking a wait and see approach right now. On 2nd thought, if that 1st card is representative, you have a camo-green background, you don't want green pips for anything unless they stand out. Stick with black and red pips in that case. If you change the background to black or white, then you could have green pips.
